[Resolved]  IndiaBulls — Transaction failed at Paytm merchant but money debited from dhani pay wallet and not refunding

On 20 april2021 at 6:36 a.m., I made a transaction of ₹5000 on PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTIONS merchant but it failed at merchant whereas money got debited from dhani wallet. Despite mailing them with all the issue highlighted screenshot many times with accurate details they misinterpret the disputed transaction and starts considering another transaction as issue and wastes much of time, when I calls them on phone they again and again asks to mail. See the screenshot for what my concern is and what they are replying?

once again paytm merchant today i.e. 6 may2021 confirmed the transaction as failed on contacting and also said that no money should be debited.
Whereas dhani debited my money, now dhani support in their latest mail response of today claims that the transaction is successfully settled to paytm merchant I don't understand how, on what basis, proofs dhani claims it fraudulently? Even now their support doesn't picks up the call.
Totally unsatisfied with dhani support team action towards resolving my issue till now!

I am also attaching paytm latest certification on transaction as failed as well as dhani support latest response:-
