Date of incident: 01/06/2021 Order ID: 611001 Item Ordered: Black Forest 1/2 KG The payment of Rupee 449 was made through phonepay on 31/05/2021. The product was not delivered. In fact they kept as king for delivery charges to be paid although it was mentioned in the website that it is free delivery. When i asked for refund. No response in-spite of many messages.
