I ordered a cake for night delivery on 11 aug, 2016. But the company failed to deliver the order and even failed to refund the amount that was paid to it. Customer care is not able to respond properly and usually they keep the phone on hold. They even dont respond to e-mails thus befooling customers and making false promises for the delivery. They l also charged extra amount for the night delivery and still the delivery of order failed.

I had ordered a cake on Aug 27th with the order number of[protected]. I got a call next day saying that the order was cancelled and that the refund of the amount of Rs 750 will be given within a week. Its been more than 2 weeks and the amount has not been refunded. I call the number specified on their website everyday[protected] but no one answers. I have written record of an email where the person responded to the status of another order of mine but when I enquired about my refund they stopped replying. I have attached the screenshot of the email. This is such a bogus company that just cheats the customers. I request you to please help me get the refund of Rs 750. I have also attached the confirmation receipt I received via email. They selectively reply to emails but when asking about refund they dont reply! This is ridiculous.

I ordered one cake and one frame on 29 june 2016 from http://www.indiacakes.com/ and from which the cake has been delivered on 29 june 2016 and in their services it is mentioned for gift items like the frame in this case it takes 7-8 business days to be delivered. Its been 1 month and 10 days the frame has not been delivered and in this duration i have called them many a times and sent emails tracking the frame or else refunding the payment. Every-time i call them they answer me that it has been dispatched from their side but i haven't received any call from them saying its delivered as they did call for the cake delivery.
With this complaint i have attached the emails i have sent them in this duration and i want them to refund the amount for the frame. The attached emails include the one which confirms the order and others are the complaint about not delivering the frame.

I ordered for cakes and flowers from Indiacakes online. I specified the delivery date but they did not delivered on the specified date. Then I called them, and they replied that they were looking into that issue. Next day, I got an email saying the order had been delivered. But nothing was delivered to the specified address mentioned. Then I called them but no one was responding.

I think this company is not at all reliable. I request everyone not to place any order at this site.

Indiacake had sended me normal cake of RS:-200 but they had taken RS:-1100 for my order they totally cheated me

I had ordered a cake from the India Cakes (Pune) on 15th March 2016. But as they did not deliver the order on the mentioned time, I cancelled the same and dropped a mail to India cakes and had a word with their representative. They said that they will refund my amount of Rs. 810 in 20 days (i.e. 6th April) which I have not received till the date. I have been contacting their customer care from last few days, but they are just keeping me on hold or not answering my call, it seems they have put the numbers from where I am calling in black list. It is not about money. It is about trust of the customer.

I had placed an order for a birthday cake with IndiaCakes.com on 10th March 2016. The order was promised to be delivered at 6 PM on 13th March 2016. However, the order was not delivered on time and my queries pertaining to the same (through e-mail and customer-care number) were not satisfactorily answered. The reason for not delivering my order was stated as a problem in performing a same-day-delivery (which clearly didn't apply to my order). I was later informed that the order will be delivered on 14th March 2016. However, they failed to deliver my order again for unstated reasons.
After repeated phone calls and e-mails, the amount I had paid through PayUmoney was refunded on 15th March 2016 but I was not compensated for my loss.
This is disappointing to me as a customer as the order concerned pertained to a birthday cake and I trusted the company to complete the delivery of the order on the promised date and time.
I request you to look in to this matter and deliver justice to me.

My order#[protected] for birthday cake has been deliver one day after the delivery date. And the delivery guy first saying to me that he tried to call me several times and you didn't pickup the call then I showd him the call history then he started saying that he received the mail today so he came to deliver. I have returned the cake saying that refund my amount.
I have sent many mails to indiacakes.com but nobody replied till now. Indiacakes is bigtime fraud. Please guys use some other service.
Consumers forum team please help me to get my refund.

I had made an order for cake and chocolates from the site to be delivered on the midnight of Dec31st, 2015.

- The place of delivery being far from the city, I had talked to the customer care TWICE before ordering (mentioning the full address, along with the pincode number).
- The first time I was told that the delivery would be made for extra 150rs for midnight delivery.
- The second time I was told that the delivery would be made only on Jan 1st, as no same-day-delivery could be made for an order after 2pm. But said they could try.
- so I make an order 2300rs from the site to be delivered on Dec 31st or jan1st with no extra payment for midnight as i wasnt given a confirmtion for it.
- I get a call from the representative at night saying the delivery can be made only with a payment EXTRA 500rs.
- I get another call from another representative (who was totally unaware of the earlier call) 15mins later saying I will have to change my order of cheese cake to chocolate truffle.

What kind of service is this ? If payment of extra 500rs is needed it should be mentioned before making the order and not after it!! Or atleast the customer care representatives should have been sensible enough to inform people of this charge when the customer asks (i had asked twice with full address of the location). I have screenshots of all the chats i have had with the representatives.

I just want IndiaCakes to be kind enough to refund of the 2300rs i paid in cash. I dont want any coupons as I dont have any more things to deliver anyone in the near future.


One piece of advice for IndiaCakes:
Please dont make such sites to fool people. When you make one, make sure it has provision for :
1) mentioning extra charges of delivery
2) cancelling a cake from the list if it cant be made.

I have order a cake to be delivered on 11th of November but it was not done so I called them on 12, 13th but nobody was there to lift up the call.. I talked to them on 14th and they told that I have cancelled the order which is absolutely false.after argument they told to refund within 20 days but till now refund has not been done. The customer care is worst and very rude.they are very harsh and always ready to fight..please take some action against in this matter.

I have ordered 3 items(cake, card, teddy) from indiacakes.com on 21/11/15 .. my order would be delivered on 23/11/15..but they did not delivered my order.due to rain(their company issues)...so i called them to cancel my order..and refund the money..they told to send mail.. i sent...but..i didnot get their cancellation mail as well as my money...

I've ordered cake and flowers from "India cakes" on 31st oct 2015 of rupees 1400 by online payment. They didn't processes my order as they said online payment is failed, but as i've discussed with my bank (Indus Ind), the amount has been received by merchant, after that they have received the amount and email me for the same on 3- nov -2015. On next day 4-Nov-2015, i've replied them to refund my money and also request for same on call to their call support[protected] . But they didn't process for refund, so i again email them on 10-Nov and 17-Nov 2015, nut didn't get any reply from them. After that i tried to call on support[protected] but they didn't even pick my call. After that i chat their online customer support http://messenger.providesupport.com/messenger/0xocb2khxkoo61e1uh9iql23xo.html, and tell them whole story on 19 Nov 2015, they said my process is on hold as i didn't answer them about what to do with order, but as i told earlier i email them to refund. On chat they said they will tell this to team and process it within 2 days and i'll get email. Also they trying to offer me coupons in place of money, which i refused. after wait for 5 days, i again chat with them on 25-Nov-2015 . What i get is again tell whole story and they offer coupon again and said they will tell the team and then process will be started. That is really mental harassment for customer service that they didn't give order and now not refund my money and every time i request them, either they didn't reply or they offer coupon and said i'll process. Please help me for this

I ordered a cake for my friends birthday to gandhinagar, gujrat fron indiacakes.com the site says that they have delivered the cake but as i confirmed from my friends they said no order was recieved but the site is saying it has been delivered the order was of 950 rs. moreover they charged 200 extra for delivery hence they should return the money to me

Hi All, It has happened twice with me now that indiacakes did not deliver the cake even after paying extra money for a selective time delivery. There customer care number never worked and it says out of service. There is no other way to contact the support. It was good earlier but these days it is pathetic. I am very disappointed with the service. No one responded to my emails even. India cakes spoiled my surprise. They did not refund my amount even. Order a cake and bouquet at 11 am. Paid extra rs 350 for delivery before 2 pm. When i chatted on support, they said you had to order 24 hours ago. If that is that case, then why was my 350 rs debited when you know you cannot deliver. When i called their pune office, the lady shouted on me saying customers do not know anything, its our mentality.
Pathetic response. And it was my first order with them. .

I have ordered cake on 3rd june at 6 pm, I had paid extra for fast delivery as mentioned on site. Till late night no one has responded even I tried calling company but no one was responding there. I was waiting till 9 pm night but delivery person no one has responded. later I called some different delivery service company and they delivered the same time. Now when I mail to this company for refunding then I receive call from one delivery person for delivering my order, I asked him that I had cancelled my order as no one has responded till late evening. The worst part is that this company mail me back saying cake delivery has done but you have not taken cake so its not my company fault, I ll not refund.

My payment was done on 22nd May for a cake delivery in night, the cake never got delivered and then in morning i told to cancel order as no point now to send cake, the order got cancelled and since then till today they are making me fool sometime they say payment not received sometime they say payment received. now today again they say we will give u a coupon.
