Indiafilings — gst registration & ice registration

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am filing a complaint against IndiaFilings for deficiency in service and non-refund of charges.
Details of the Issue:

Service Provider: IndiaFilings
Services Paid For: GST Registration and Import Export Code (ICE)
Amount Paid: ₹[protected].5 for GST & 2838.5 for ICE)
Payment Date: 15-Aug-2025

I paid IndiaFilings for GST registration and ICE services. However, my GST registration was rejected by the GST Council (copy of rejection email attached). Since ICE registration cannot proceed without GST, the service I paid for has not been delivered.
Despite multiple attempts to contact IndiaFilings via email and phone, I have received no response or refund.
Relief Sought:

Refund of ₹2, 838.5 [Amount Paid for ICE Service] for the undelivered service.

Compensation for the inconvenience caused.
