Very poor quality of work, no professionalism, poor management.

Spoke to sr. Escalation manager ashwaq on 9th november 2019 regarding all matters but no proper resolution is given. He said there is alot of other work in which india filings team must be busy in. Obviously he tried to defend his team even in the dead situation. But he couldn't resolve my concerns.

Once we done the payment there is no update as well as they said will call back to you but never as well as one of them left the job then also not received any update with whom i have to talk?

From indiafilling other departments calling us for money, they said this are procedure remainings and all also i asked him what's your fees and govt fees please tell me he always cut the call, even i told to my sales person number of times but then also they are calling us, from last 4 month i didn't received any update.

Myself chiranjit jana, i am from kolkata, west bengal, india. I placed a order and complete full payment on 28th june 2019 for company some legal documents drafting. As per telephonic discussed with sales person that order deliver with in a week. After that indiafilling assign a lawyer for me and provide a platform to track. After that till now i get online assigned lawyer 2 to 3 times in this platform. I call and mail several times to indiafilling sales team, help team, lawyer, lawyer reporting boss and last time to higher authority. But till now my order is pending and they can't cooperate with me. Due to this situation business is on hold position. Finally i called indiafillings team for cancel order and refund but till now no response get from indiafillings team. Once again please solve this as soon as possible.

I am a customer from the uk and indiafilings guaranteed i would get a service in exchange for £273.61. But the services were sold under false pretences and i was misled and lied to. The customer service team is extremely rude and unprofessional and has caused me huge amounts of stress. They have breached consumer rights regulations and all i want and deserve is a refund! Please share to stop other people from losing their hard earned money!

I was promised to get my llp registration done within 20days by the sales girl, now its 3 months and i am no where with the registration completion.
Don't believe in the sales people of indiafiling, they will lie to get the business. Dont fall in their trap, go with other good service providers.
The agents they provide to support us are completely useless people and they don't know anything. also they sent my deed approval documents to MCA and said that it will take maximum 10 day's. and now it's been a month and they sending me update that deed approval is pending from MCA and whenever I call executive he said that we can't do anything it's all in governments hand( I think I paid them to listen that reason only. If you people can't do anything then please shut down your company). this is happening from a month.
I have no idea when my registration will be completed. Lot time has been wasted and things are delayed. Please don't go with indiafiling if you want to get your company registration completed on time. Indiafilings is worst company.

This is related to the misconduct, false promises & misleading of customer being done at indiafilings, verve financials private limited. We tried reaching out to your company representatives for company name change for which they firstly said after evaluating every thing about our existing company their team said the work will be done in 3 working days & they will charge me ~45, 899 which will included

Annual compliance - company | basic 2years rs. 29, 999.08
Name change - company | basic rs. 9, 897.84
Din ekyc filing | basic 1 rs. 5, 999.12
+ tax

Total of 45, 899 which i paid. After the money reached there account it took me 10 days to identify how my work will happen now. After the payment day i never ever recieved any incoming call without me chasing them.

After 10s of calls for repeated 15 days they somehow did the din ekyc work in which there agents communication language were like they are paying us for listening them, not at all professional!!! Any how i had paid i was stucked for my work to be done.

After 30 days they informed that they need a pan car which is to be applied from their company for which they again sent a invoice of approx ~450 rupees which we paid & it is more then 2 weeks no one is responding on our pan card / complaince / name change thing for which whatever fake promisess they made is in recording with me.

Now for rest of work but they are turning a blind eye to it and the responsibility taken till now by them is just unacceptable and pathetic. We never expected this kind of service being served by this company, maybe you are not aware about the people who have been recruited.

A lot of person / companies are harressed by team of indiafilings / verve financials so we decided to keep you informed about this. Soon we are planning to explore legal options to get the reality in front of many other potential customers & helping many who fell into trap o[censored]sing your services.

We are facing this issue with the service of compliance / pan / name change.

I paid for commencement of business certificate but they never gave me any information before paying the documents required or the process. This is the second time this happened. Same issue for gst i have to followup untill the gst registration is done.

Every time i get a call they ask given me information and document reqeuest.

Untill you pay everyone calls you after you pay no one calls you.

I have applied for Trademark registeration with India Filings and they informed me that Sir just pay Rs 4500/- and your trademark will be completed without any objection.
After a month I got a call from another executive that Sir you have got an objection from India Filings and you have to pay Rs 2500/- and then you will surely get your company registered. I paid the amount.
After a month again I got a call from india filings...

Almost 45 days ago, i was surfing on net how to incorporate opc and fortunately i registered to indiafilings. Then indiafilings ms santosh called be for incorporation. Then i told her about my nature of business regarding trading, whole selling, e-commerce, online education, direct selling. But indiafilings team took run only for e-commerce and online education. Due to this my moa has rejected from mca. Now indiafilings team is asking for me again for money.
Please support me, these people are looting the innocent peoples.

From past two months i am struggling with india filings to register my company and each time with some excuse, it charges me extra. Company not yet registered yet. It seems to be fraudulent activity carried by indiafilings the way i am seeing other compalaining about it. I am putting this on social media as well. They ate my head completely. First they said, suggested name did not approved, pay 2000 more and get the name new name registered, then they said, it has come for resubmission and last date of submission is 19th jan and the person kept on delaying delaying to let date of 19 cross and sending mail as application rejected. Now they are asking 5k as penalty which on shouting reduced to 3.5k. Its complete cheating going on.

Mr. Mukesh confirmed price of dsc for dgft work inr 988. After processing payment, backtracked and informed change and very higher price. Agreed on full refund. Now, mr. Ashfaq, employee of freshdeshk email id, call and threaten about less refund, sent non sense email. Bad behavious by employees, backtracked on promise in writing. Need full refund.

India filings delayed giling the gst return from apr to nov and we have to pay late fee for that as we alresdy informed them that file for zero invoices from april month to one of the staff of gst team but staff as changed from. May month from there onwards nobody fiked the gst and managere ivek nathan his resposne on us is very wiered and horribly we cant accept this kind of response any more

The agents they provide to support us are completely useless people and they don't know anything. Indiafiling also keep on changing the support agents. My documents were wrongly uploaded by indiafiling to govt portal and it got rejected now.
I have no idea when my registration will be completed. Lot time has been wasted and things are delayed. Please don't go with indiafiling if you want to get your company registration completed on time.

Dealing with them was a nightmare. They give no training to their staff and most of them start talking in tamil making it hard to understand financial procedures. A single client is handled by 10 different people every month and it becomes hard to know whats going on and then the new staff has no clue what happened previous month. Then when you question whats going on they disconnect the call so its very difficult to get hold of a manager.

The new agent would not do their job and attach a penalty for late submission when they themselves never follow through and ask what is needed. After lot of issues finally cancelled but now waiting for refund which the enterprise level managers give you false lies and say its being processed but never comes. Still waiting while i write this. Try other companies if you want to stay away from stress and confusions and waste of time and energy!

We incorporated our company in november 2017 at indiafilings, chetpet, chennai branch. The person incharge for incorporation was mr. Satyavrat pandey. He created a second din without our consent last year and when we found out about it he told us they he will cancel it. It is one year since that incident has occurred but he isn't cancelling the second din of our director. Also he is not attending our calls and is completely avoiding us. We have tried our best to reach him but he isn't responding and now our director is facing problems due to his negligence. The other staff at his company are supporting him and asking us to pay more only then they will cancel the second din that was created without our consent by his company.

Mr. Satyavrat pandey told us that he will cancel the din immediately as it is his mistake, but even after 1 year he hasn't done it and now they are asking us payment for the mistake done by their side.

Recently also we have been trying to contact mr. Satyavrat, but he isn't responding and is completely avoiding us, neither is indiafiling taking responsibility for the mistake done by their staff.

The services of indiafiling are completely unprofessional and rubbish! My advice to everyone is to not be a fool by their advertisements and never give them any projects.

I opted to go with indiafilings for registering llp company exact in same month last year i. E october 2017 and till now they are unable to register my company. Secondly, i requested them in the month of august to stop the process and refund my amount which they took to register i. E 7, 999rs/- as i registered my company through someone else. Now i think its been 10days i am asking them to send my dsc certificate which they are holding since 7 months and they are not releasing it. Please ask them to release my funds and dsc certificate which they can use it against my wish.

They are all rouges, don't expect any work to get done from them. We tried to register our company through them. But they are a bunch o[censored]seless people who do not know their job at all. People keep changing at their end and as a result, our work starts from zero each time.
They are here to only take money from people. Do not expect any work to be done by them

I want help... Ashfiq ahmed, a senior enterprise manager is threatening me via email to block my account after taking 20000 rupees towards trademark registration, logo design and company registration..

While talking for first time they described wrong documents about company registration so i got the problem of documents and asked for refund.. They said 40% for cancellation without doing anything..

So i moved for trademark n logo design and kept rest of the money with them..
Logo was not properly designed.. So i asked for compensation and then he started threatening me without compensating..

Sir i have applied for trade mark registration, but indramani kumar and mr jitun of indiafilings chennai branch have not responded me since 5 days they are cheating me after full payments,, regardless submitted all documents they are telling address is not there.. Please do restric actions against these two guys for defaming indiafilings.. Thanks...

I accepted them when they sed process will take max of 15 days its been 30 days n more still i dint got any document from them.

Charges are more.

I used IndiaFilings.com for a private company registration, GST registration, and trademark registration. They hide information and on the garb of helping you just try to extract money out of you at a later stage. First, they didn't tell in advance that company name filing in their package is only for twice and after that it's chargeable. Initially, in fact, the relationship manager encouraged to be experimental knowing well in advance that it'll get rejected and needs name filing again which will lead to extra charges by Indiafilings.com. Same with their trademark registration, which by the way is the costliest as it just consists of only trademark filings if there is any objection or query you are on your own and Indiafilings.com charges a bomb for that (they start the negotiation tactics saying that its 4899 but for customers bring it to 3000). Again the same pattern here when you go for registration the relationship guy in the garb of helping you tries to ensure that you opt for something where objections and other such things are bound to happen.

I have registered proprietorship thru indiafilings.com. I obtained 3 certificates (Msme, udyog aadhar & gst registration).

However, from these certificates, i am not clear about the permitted domain of my activities.
To be more elaborate, i am not able to find out the answers to below question which should be cear in the enclosed licenses :

(1) it is not clear in these documents - whether i shall be able to do trading activities (I. E buying from one supplier & selling to others) on the basis of these registration or whether it is only confined to "services". I had mentioned 'trading activity' clearly (Alongwith sourcing) as the area of work in my data/information to india filings.

(2) is the activity area confined only within the india. If yes, what is the procedure of including "international trading & sourcing" in this license / trading.

Do i need to obtain "import export code" for doing interntional trading & sourcing? That means whether i can do import & export in my company name without 'import export code'?

(3) are these registrations permit me to receive 'commission' payments against my services from "international" market /buyers?

I need the clarifications for these questions. I have asked india filings several times but not got any response for that. Being a service provider, they have to satisfy their customer (Myself) with their service for which i have paid to them.

Had applied for two registration, i dint get a single notification via mail/call/portal on the proceedings. Moreover the portal given to me didnt have the data oft the proceedings updated and it had issues. Not even the documents i had submitted previously was visible. Clear case o[censored]nprofessionalism when the support executive was unwilling to accept the issues and initiate a refund. The repeated calls and mails are now no longer answered and being avoided by the team.

Paid rs. 19, 899/- for online registration of company on 13 aug 2017. Due to some unavoidable reasons where in the government policies changed, we withdrew the application and requested to refund the payment. Indiafilings has sent the refund forms and we filled up and sent the same on 08 sep 2017 after which, indiafilings communicated that they would pay back the amount within 20 to 25 days. As of today 21 oct 2017, even after 43 days, the money has not been refunded.

We paid indiafilings rs.22500 for tin registration. Sales rep. Vinod assured us that the registration will be done in 20 working days. One month went by and no update from indiafilings. I started making calls and found out the the process was not even started because our pan application was stuck. I had to make multiple calls and finally after much intervention the pan application went through. Basically a job that i had paid them to do, i had to handle myself even after paying them for it. Extremely unfair.

One full month had passed and finally the pan card was issued, at the same time the direct gst portal had also opened. So i requested for payment of rs.4899 to be paid towards that and balance of rs.17601 to be refunded to us. They sent us a refund form which was promptly filled and sent back. They notified us that a refund will be processed in 20-25 days. Today (25th july 2017) another entire month wasted on this and yet no refund has been processed. 

Ashfaq who handles the refunds at indiafilings always assured us that the refund will be processed soon. I called him 20 days after submitting the application and he said the refund will take another 20 working days. I have been making calls to indiafilings everyday they keep procrastinating.

He also explained that 20% will be deducted as per company policy. There seems no reason for the company to do that. No service was used. And part of the fund transferred is going towards a service (Gst reg). Its been long enough dealing with this on a daily basis. We only want the balance refunded immediately.

Hi manish & i, wanted to start up our own business for which approach indiafilings for all ca related task.

They charged us rs.15899, for which payment was done on 26 april 2017, soon we realized that the commitment they were supposed to provide us, was fake, now whole scenario has been changed and for each activity they will charged more. So we decided to get our money back.

For few days they refused to commit on this, but when we showed them that its already their on your website that we can get our refund why are you not processing this.

So now they introduced new refund process that they will deduct 20% from the our amount, which we disagree, but we wanted our money refunded. So on 5 may 2017 i shared and filled the forum they provide for refund and send to the [protected]@indiafilings.com and [protected]@indiafilings.com and got response from their team member "ashfaq" confirming that we will process this.

So we should have got our refund as per their regulation within 20 -22 days, but till now i am still chasing them for my money, but each time i call them up, mostly they would put the call on hold which by default gets disconnected and sometimes they will hangup the call when asked for refund.

So i was give the timeline for this week mostly by wednesday 7th june 2017, i called them on wednesday, but they told me they will call me up for this which did not happen. So i called them up again for the same confirmation, so after so many calls i was finally got to talk to ashfaq who deals with refund related query and he told me that we will now process your refund next week as per what my team has told me, when i asked them to please connect me to that team and when i did, i reasoned with them for the delay they just disconnected my call.

So its my humble request that you please help me out on this and please take appropriate action for thius

Do not use the services of India Filing they are not good with their customers.
They do not follow their own terms and conditions. They are misbehaving with their customers.
If customer wants his/her refund they are not giving money back, even I am facing problem for this they are not refunding me back I called them three month regularly but still they didn’t gave my money .When I ask Sugandhi (Manager in accounts department) she always said that she will do refund within two days, at the end when I said, I am going to post review against you then she said ok do whatever you wants to do I will refund you back when you will remove your review.
They are cheater, they are not providing their services efficiently. Most of the time they are troubling their customers. They cannot communicate with their customers properly because most of them they don’t know Hindi and English.
Do not buy any services from India filing they are fraud. They take money and forget about the service.
