I have received a SMS from Federal bank as follows, Dear Customer, Mandate Ref No:FDRL[protected] issued to IndiaIdeas for Rs.200000.00 with 'Monthly' frequency is received for processing today.Please contact [protected]/[protected] for more details- Federal Bank Note:This is not without my information and I would like stop this. Sir, on 30.09.17 I made a recharge to my Tata DoCoMo mobile no.[protected] for rs.90 through SUB buddy vide UTD no.[protected]. Amount was deducted from my sbi buddy account and it shows the amount was paid through IndiaIdeas site, but i didn't receive the balance to my mobile. Hence please to solve my problem. Thank you.
