On 17th oct i have placed the order on india mart (Dinesh associates, rahul gupta). I have already done the payment through neft (Rs. 3950). But till now i have not received my order.. Neither the dealer knows where it is as he lost the courier slip.. Neither he is returning my money.. Giving excuses... It was a ring plate for engagement.. Now whole function will get spoiled bcoz of dis.. I need my money back.. Its so much of harrasment tat i have to follow up with them every day.

Look i bought a pair of football shoes from someone on your site i did my payment and he said it will come after 15 days but it hasn't arrived yet and when i called him he said that my shoes are stuck somewhere so it's not his problem he tried his best... And he is not even returning my money i beg u u plzz take strict actions towards that person

Indiamart is totally a fraud company, never by from indiamart, never download their app on cellphone, never share your number with them or they keep calling you, i order a medicine from indiamart for 3000 indian rupees, i receive nothing, the seller was shine laboratory pvt ltd who scamed me by taking money from me and giving nothing in return, indiamart helpline just dont help, first few days they keep giving excuses and after that they will send you a advocate legal letter which you have to give all your information and wait, and after that process still nothing, if you spend your money and receive nothing your money is gone and you are scammed.. So just forget about the money or you will be wasting your time retreiving it.. Just dont buy from indiamart

This is to bring to kind attention that i have paid to indiamart amount of 5000 rs. To create my business profile 18/09/2017 time around 11:30 am before my business profile create i say to indiamart to stop my all work 18/09/2017 time around 12:30 pm and refund my 5000 rs because we are not satisfied indiamart services. First they say your refund will be procesing but now they are not refund my 5000 rs

Dear sir/ma'am,

I have taken services of indiamart for leads generation. But i din't get time to work on it so i decided to quit. Thus i send a mail of discontinuation of service. As they said it should be done about a month before, i did exactly same.
I mailed them and they haven't replied on that so i called them after 2-3 days and they still haven't initiated on it. I request them not to deduct service charge for further. But they still deducted a month after.
Now i called them a day before when i come to know that my account is debited, so they called me today and said i haven't received my mail for discontinuation of service and when asked him to check properly he said that mail is in spam. Now it is not my fault but they refuse to refund my money (Rs.2500/-)

This is with regard to our company asb automotive industries association with india mart for giving business leads for furniture manufacturers category. I have been paying ecs for the 22nd september 2016. Paying rs.5000 initial amount and monthly rs.2500 for the last 12 months. Total paid rs.35, 000.

We have spent financial the above said amount to india mart.

Also, we have spent time on following up with the fake enquiries and fake business leads that they allot us thru email and sms. There is lot of effort going in vain and manpower wasted along with internet and telephone bills. To add to that we have to bear the office expenses over rental.

Who is going to bear my losses till date.

I want india mart to compensate for all my losses since 1 year starting from september 2016 onwards. Upto rs.90, 000 per month. Total for 12 months rs.10, 80, 000.

I request the consumer forum to help us in recovering this amount from india mart.

I had to make an adjustment of rs 8300 with sp sporting house but the person doesn't pick up the phone. All the items provided by him was not what i ordered but still i accepted it but when it came to adjusting my due amount he uses all kind of excuses. The supplier should not be allowed to use indiamart platform. My shopping experience using indiamart platform was just terrible. Iam sure i won't be using it anymore. I just want u to resolve this matter early and do take stringent action against the supplier sp sporting house. This is my 2 nd complaint against the supplier. The first got resolved. The supplier m/s s. P sporting house from shantikunj arjuna nagar north karaudiya sidhi madhya pradesh

I have subscribed a mini catalogue monthly rs 2000 and they asked me a cancelled cheque. On basis of this cancelled cheque they are able to auto debit the amount direct from bank account every month rs 2000 after few months, when i saw that it is not worth spending this money, i asked india mart to cancel my account. But surprisingly, they were not willing to cancel the account and force you to keep going. It means you give them a few bucks...

We intellexus systems pvt ltd. Logged a complaint via customer care service.
It was logged couple days ago. There were two complaints as follows.

1) our company's account was named as intellexus systems pvt ltd. But by clicking on it i. E. On your b2b portal it was directing the page of other company i. E. Medister. Which needs to be changed.

2) our all information of org inclusive of products contacts and everything was shown in other fake account named as intellexus shifting pvt ltd.

So i told the executive to rectify this, he did that. But he removed the data along with the fake name, so our whole account was deleted. And now on your b2b portal, just our name remains but it directs the page to medister which is wrong and illegal. So it is my recommendation to change this above-said problem.

Mr. Rohit... It is very very disappointing to note that after discussing about the refund issue for more than 15 days with me you are telling me that the refund cannot be made to my account from where the payment was made??? Is this some kind of a joke from indiamart, what kind of pathetic service is this... I had sent all details of my bank account along with cancelled cheque and you yourself had confirmed that the refund will be made to my account. This was the statement made by you which clearly mentioned that refund will be made to my account, how can you go back on your words???

"we have also changed your name from on your indiamart's account from asha mathur to gaurav mathur so that refund can be done.

Once refund is done, you can again change name."

How can you now say that you did not have the details of the bank account from where the payment of rs. 5000 was made, i had sent the attached screen-shot to mr. Rakesh after making the payment on may 17th itself, and he confirmed to me that all the required details were received by him, please check with him on the same and the attached screen-shot was saved by him for my payment details... How can you now say that you do not have the details of the bank from where the transfer was done??? This is pathetic service from indiamart and i want this to be escalated to the highest level to know the reason why the refund cannot be made to the account from where the payment was made??? How can you go back on the commitment you yourself made to me???

Sales executive told me that for first month s rs 5000 and from next month is 2500 but now they are trying to debit 2500 rs extra for the first month i regestered a complaint with india mart my no is 1745412. It bounced two times is august 5 and august 10 and they are trying to debit on 15 i want proper explanation before debting and they have not given me my gst bill till now.

My name is yathin actually i founded a number of sword dealer in indiamart and gave a message (I'm interested to buy) after that he directly contacted me and gave detailed information about his products. I booked his product (Sword)
He said to send the amount because cash on delivery is not available to ur place
So i transferd him amount after that he is not receiving the calls he cheated me after receiving amount. So please make sure to refund my amount back. Don't encourage this type of frods in ur indiamart

Dear sir,
I would like to tell you that this india mart company daily sends otp messages on my [protected] no., i have already told them that i haven't bought anything from your company nor i am going to buying in future, and i haven't registered myself on your site.
As per them, all the communication with this no. Has been stopped, but they still sending these otp messages, now i m thinking to switch off this number, only because of their stupid messages, please help me regarding this issue..

Indiamart are not even bothered to cross checking mobile number is genuine or fake

Request to indiamart to remove my phone number from their postings

I had open an account on india mart, my company is a service providing company. Indiamart executive jayesh nigam and anuj dixit call me and say we have promoted ur business and give lead related to business 7 in a week.
They know everything about my business what we offer, bt they said to me we have update all your services on indiamart profile page, i registered.

When verification call is come on my phone from indiamart i told it bt my profile not verified.

Then indiamart executive jayesh nigam and anuj dixit told me when verification department call u, u said i have deal all product and services i updated on profile.

My profile verified.

Indiamart not give any lead related to my business.

And when i said to manager stop my services they didnot respond.
I call them last 25-28 days bt they not listen to me and not stop auto payment deduction. Sonia, vikas, kirti sharma

They abuse me and they shout me why u avail our services

How many times i need to call you guys and that # dealer (Anson sports, jalandhar-panjab)? You guys always has the same statement sir sorry for the inconvenience, your problem will be solved, we are escalating this issue to senior people, then what the hell senior people doing? This is how you people running your business. That # dealer not responding to call and messages, what the hell should i do now? They have already taken advance of rs.30000/- (Thirty thousands), and state that your materials will be dispatch on 27th june, now you can check the date. Which type of # service you people providing?

Fraud done by so called seller on India Mart having no. [protected] named Electronics and Electricals . As I was searching for AC, automatic system of website detect my search and one of their employee contacted me and recommend to buy from that seller. I have ordered AC and paid 16500/- rupees on bank a/c provided but that cheater nor sending me Ac and nor sending me my money back. Please do not buy from (www.indiamart.com) India Mart . Bunch of frauds are listed their .as seller. After cheating no one is going to help you. My complain no. is 1670938 on www.indiamart.com

I have ordered kutch work fabric through india mart supplier. He messaged me stating through 1st i need to send the money then will dispatch the order so he gave his paytm number which i can send the money. Then i have sent him the money through paytm on 9th may 2017 after that he said the dispatch process is started i will get it within a week and i have waited for 1 week when i didn’t get the product, i have called him, but he didn’t...

Mr. Patrick reid from bafna pharmaceuticals company ltd. Is scammer! Warning! I ordered the product from the patrick reid on the site indiamart. He uses the requisites of bafna, but insists on paying through the western union in his name. After payment he confirmed receipt of money and no longer answered calls and letters. The purchased goods were also not received. Beware, he uses the real banking data of the bafna pharmaceutical company and the letterheads for invoices and quality certificates.
