I am writing to express the poor service I received from Indiamart.

I had originally purchased mini dynamic catalouge from Indiamart in Januyary 2017 and time duration was for 1 year till 2018.In march 2017 i recieved call from Mr Ashustosh Dubey, Relationship manager, Borivali, Mumbai branch of Indimart, informing that under special scheme i am selected for a special offer under which for a payment of 25000 my mini dynamic catalouge service will be extended for 3 more years i.e till 2021.I personally visited Indiamart office in borivali with my business partner and paid online sum of 25000.

After being put on hold for over one month, I was greeted by a rather unprofessional way.Mr Dubey informed me that he cannot extend my service to 2021 but only till 2020.He asked me for 7 more days to speak to his superiors but even after a month now he did not respond back.So i complained to Indiamart customer care.I recieved a call from Mr Dinesh Kumar accepting the mistake but he refused to provide any feasible solution or to take any action against Mr Ashutosh Dubey.
Infact Mr Ashutosh Dubey called me to say this type of fraud is very common in Indiamart and is done to complete their targets.

This is a pure case of fraud and forgery.I have the reciept of payment on which Mr Dubey has mentioned clearly extention of 3 years mini dynamic catalouge.
If Indiamarttruly value customers, I highly suggest you teach your customer service representatives how to deal with people and also should take immediate action against Mr Ashutosh Dubey and provide me my compensation.

I have purchased indiamart membership few days ago.
Indiamart have developed my company catalog.

The person who sold me indiamart membership is now no longer working for indiamart.
His name is avesh mansuri from baroda indiamart.
He promised me that he will help me and will update all products on catalog.
But now he don't pick and of calls and reply to msgs.
Now indiamart is telling me to upload all products my self.
This work is to be done by indiamart team and now they are telling me to do it manually.
How can i update all 400 products in catalogue.
I don't have time also and i am sure this is not my work. We are not web designers to do this type of work.
Also i am not getting any single inquiry for my products.
Indiamart send you all old inquiries that are of no use and the buy leads are also not giving business.
Fake promises by indiamart and no business.
If this is not solved i will discontinue my membership with indiamart.
Fix this because i am waiting from 15 days for this problem.
I don't think any indiamart member take it seriously.
Last and list don't ever buy b2b membership of any india company.

Two times started cataloug & bussiness promotions services from indiamart.com.

First time given 22000 rs.. For one year.

Second time 5000 + three months monthy basis subscription 2000 rs per month.. Total 11000

Now third time.. 5000 +2500 per month..

Still facing same issue.. Some inquiries.. Some buyleads. Some promises..

At last result.. For order maturity time..

0 value orders..

Sometimes i thought.. We are fools... Why we are... Got impressed with indiamart employee's bussiness ideas & calculations...

Now my concern is to.. How to get my money back.. When i didnt got any orders through indiamart..

Total i have paid 22000+11000 +[protected] who will pay my money back.???
Indiamart.. Or any court proceedure we have to follow..

Please guide me.

I searched from India mart site a seller to provide Globalsat BU-353-s4 product. I called seller at number provided in India mart website detail as under:

A call was diverted to Phone no [protected] and picked up by Mr Ankit.
I finalised rate of product mentioned above and made payment by using NEFT in his ICICI Bank A/c Lajpat nagar Branch New Delhi provided by Mr Amit saying that there is problem in current account so pls deposit this saving bank, details as under:
Pawan Kumar SB A/c No[protected] ICICI Bank Lajpat nagar New delhi, IFSC code ICIC0000225 and sent bill copy of Rs 70500/- ( Bill was in name of IT Infotech Private Limited G-90, sector 63 Noida -200301 on our whatsapp no [protected]( authorised signatory of D Sign Softech pvt Ltd)

The funds was transferred from D. Sign Softech pvt ltd to Mr Pawan Kumar from ICICI to ICICI bank via NEFT and same credited after 10 minutes. The person Ankit told that the delivery will be made latest by 9.00 PM on 09/05/2017 but no one came to deliver goods, We approached and he told we have 18 pc only and remaining in Godown, so please cooperate we will deliver product at 8.30 to 9.00 am in morning on 10.5.2017. We were in touch since morning at 8.10 AM calling him and phone picked up by a female saying he is in bathroom and will come at your office immediately after keep himself ready. we contact again and promised that we will reach at 10. am and after that he tried to cheat saying within 1 hour I am reaching. But till 6.00PM he did not delivered goods, Now his phone is switched off. I made contact at No registered at India Mart [protected] again in evening and he told that I am director of Call Centre Help and deal in the product which was ordered, WE told him all story but he said I am not Pawan Kumar nor Ankit, we said we ordered on this mobile no and call transferred to another no [protected]. Ankit called us and give details of bank for payment after finalisation of rates.
All process was manipulated by all persons and cheated us by taking payment in ICICI and non delivery of product. So request you to take action against registered user at India mart as well as seller and request to help in refunding our payment.

Just by seeing other players in my category being registered, Indiamart kept harassing me to become their paid member by offering me 1, 000/- discount and promising me to give XYZ number of leads, promising me that they will make my catalogue and put it live in 10 days on my prompt responses, promising me that i will get a call back within 48 hours of payment. However, after payment of money the next call was made by myself after 4 days, they recieved the payment after 8 days and they deleted my self made product list. Even more they sent me a mail tagging it as urgent and asked me to send my product details with price and specifications, inspite of being on travel i responded to their mail as i wanted my business to go live soon. However, these fraudsters deleted my main products and added some stupid products in my product list which i don't even know. Upon askin them about it, they said that i myself had uploaded them. This was height to another lever. As soon as i said i want to opt out and get a refund..3 different people called me begging me to stay with indiamart. I denied i don't want to stay and i want a refund. I have no emails.. no confirmations.. nothing. they're just sending me mails saying sir we have updated your product category kindly check. What the hell is this i don't understand, they came running to take them money and now they say 45 days refund and no mails no call no information on cancellations at all. BIGGEST FRAUD, .

I made a complain regarding my services(service request number 1489373) to indiamart. Also my services stopped.
I want my money back because i dint got any single business from indiamart which was assured me before taking the registration fee(5000+2000*5). I am feeling, somebody made me fool by giving wrong information.
I am requesting last time either return my money which i paid till or start the services again, may be after someday will recover my spent money.

Our Company Request to stop the Ecs on 14th January. but still they people deposit continuously. indiamart told us our company ECS Clearing date evry month 15th ony. but they depositing 16 Jan 2017(Rs.2500), 15 Feb 2017(Rs.575), 20 Feb 2017 (Rs.575), 25 Feb 2017 (Rs.575) and Today we get message from them today we clearing ECS Rs.2500.

As per notification of Miss Nitu Mam promise that indimart service will be stops from nov 2016. but still it not stop and deduction get continued from dec 2016 and jan 2017 aslo. So please my ECS stops immidiatly and give strict action about miss nitu. otherwise we will take strict action about indiamart and miss nitu also. and deducted money refund me immidiatly.

I gave a payment of 400 US dollars But after payment the person email. whatsapp, telephone number every thing is closed.

I have been receiving calls from your number [protected] for the last 10 days (TEN DAYS) atleast 6-8 times daily. These calls were regarding verification of my account which I have had for a long time. I requested the callers not to call me, as i am not interested in verifying any details. What shocked me is that the calls KEPT coming. I understand that once in a while you guys call, but this was as though it was deliberate. Infact im sure this is harassment on purpose, as even after I categorically told the caller i dont want her to call me, she said Ok and another person, a male this time called me an hour later.
I am sure this is deliberate, since this is not the regular frequency of calls that I receive. I am extremely unhappy and disappointed with indiamart for this episode, where I am getting calls everyday and multiple times. I urge you to look into this at the earliest. Meanwhile I am immediately going to delist myself from all your services and I have 4 other companies that are listed with you, which too will be immediately terminated.

This is something which i want to tell about indiamart a reknown marketplace of India i was working with this organisation by last 1 year on 3rd party payroll but i was appointed in the indiamart premises only but my pay roll was on another 3rd party vendor. Now due to the currency change, indiamart got a revenue crunch.Past 3 days back the founder of the company Mr. Dinesh Agrawal came in the office premises which is in Advant bussiness park, Noida and floted a very beautifull lines that due to the currency change we are going through some financial cresis as the revenue of the company go lt decreased on a rapid scale. So we are freezing the hiring in the company but he insured us that there will be no firing also and we will manage the whole work between us only without hiring extra manpower.
But today my manager asked me to come to his cabbin at 3PM and he say's that i have to left the job as company is doing cost cutting...and i was like "really"...
I asked him the reason that why me then he says it is not on your performace basis. It is because the management decided that we ask people to left the job and to serve a resign today only.

Then i was in a big mental trauma that what has been happened in the couple of minutes as my whole life has been changed.

I thought might be i am the only one who is targeted but when i went out then i heard this thing is been doing on a high scale...

And about 50..60 people on 3rd party pay roll asked to leave without any reason. And the people on indiamart payroll are still working in there respective department and not even an single employee has been asked to leave.

Is this is the way to treat the employee.

I am the only person who is looking my whole family...now at this moment what will i do..

Is this is a employee satisfaction...is this is a way to treat people...

I am in a big mental trauma and not getting any way that how to handle the situation...but really want to help me out..because i am not the only one there are many more like me who have been targeted like this...

Please need support and help...

I have brought baoba herbal seeds from this person and he given me expired product and when i brought from him he told he told me
if there will be any problem with product i will refund your money back but he is denied to give payment and not picking my phone.

I want my money back, and i have taken this supplier because i got this number from indiamart so this is your company responsibility
so please take action and refund my money.

I will bot disclose my name or mobile number but i will tell all my friends who are customers of indiamart and want to be associated with a big company like this with more than 2000 employee as i read on the internet, but be aware that these people have the right to remove all your content from the website which they make, i have been using it from past 4-5 years, today they have removed all my content from the indiamart and also what ever i have paid to indiamart has been done to 0 Rs, there by removing the details of the company, now if you are dependent on indiamart invested lakhs or may be thousands and time, one day they will turn you off and ask to write many things which will totally be unacceptable to you, or to your organization, i have already wasted my money time and now i have to start fresh, if you want to invest directly in google, justdial, or trade india, although trade india has less inquiry but they are not fraud, just dial has many, but google has everything controlled on net, but please don't invest your hard earned money on a fraud company like indiamart, if you have already done then, i will advice that keep a second option ready it will be helpfull to you when you come across a thing like what has happened to me and my company .

Hello sir me surat se mitul kachhadiya hu mene 5 june se indiamart me join kiya lekin mere ko koi profit nahi ho raha he so me bandh karna chahta hu lekin indiamart wale zabardasti se mere ko join hone ka force kar raha he or continue karne ka bol raha he or mere ko aisa bol raha he k a bandh nahi hoga or bank mese 2000 monthly transfer hota rahega so please help me urgently.

Indiamart is is fake company, indiamart executive promise that after payment 24000/- my mini dynamic catelogue will ready within 7 day,

When we transfer full amount in a time they are not live my catelogue and every time they provide me a ticket number and every time told me for last ticket number that is not found while we have a massage and email regard every ticket id.

Please help me, if they are not responsible for business than please return my amount.

Sir, I had ordered a product through a supplier recommended by IndiaMart website.
I paid that supplier upfront, now he is denying me to send the product as well as the money.
I was in contact with the supplier through emails and he is still replying, now he is demanding more money and telling me that there is some shipment problem, but I think he is trying to rob more money from me.

How can I complain against him legally ?

Documents I have: All email conversations, Bank transaction details, Shipment details.

I have paid rs 5000/- via online transfer @ lead package of rs 5000/- and have received confirmation of the payment on the 24/05/16 against order number - 831932 as above & transaction id is 1169641

I have also purchased 1 lead subsequently from the money paid.

Now when i was trying to purchase further leads i was unable to do so presumably as the pop up stated due to restrictions on the number of leads that can be purchased per week.

I tried to contact their customer care on the number provided and one mr. Saifullh khan stated that india mart is going to discontinue the services
And that the money would be refunded after 2 weeks. On being question why such terms have not been uploaded on the web site, he replied that it is common company policy.

These terms were not mentioned anywhere in the website at the time of accepting payment.

I request that the payment made by me regrettably under false pretensions given by india mart be refunded to me immediately.
