A seller named Sachdev Traders Private Limited. Who sell exercise equipment on the indiaMART platform / website. I was looking for PVC weight plates 10kg two quantity. They gave price 12rs per kg in their catalog and when i contacted them, they told me more than double the price which is 27rs. And when i said to them that they have written 12 rs per kg, then they ignored further conversation.

Due to this behavior i rated them...

My account is getting deactivated stating I did fraud to customer. I took money and didn't deliver the goods but I never had deal with any one. They ask me to submit
the documents stating I did not do anything. I provided my bank details statement, also provided my gst certificate.when I asked give me proof that I took money they are not providing the same. They provided victims number but it seems that this is in error my account...

. We have registered in indiamart in the name kwality furniture. On 2nd we negotiated a deal with aqul jal (Mr. Kalandhar) for purchase of ro spun, memberane etc totalling to 17000 and we have made a payment for the same on the same date through gpay (As the neft of our bank had some technical glitches) with a promise that the seller would dispatch the same day. On the next day he said that he could not dispatch as per promise due to heavy rains in bangalore. He again stated to us that he had some personal problems and hence he would refund the money but till today neither has he given the product nor refunding the money. He hardly picks the phone and despite voice messages and written messages sent in what's app. I called indiamart and they stated that they could not help much as the payment was not made though their gateway. However they helped me in speaking to the supplier and he has stated that he would pay back the amount or deliver the goods by 14th september. However what shocked us is the way indiamart having such suppliers with a verified tick? Buyers are misled by this tick and go for purchase. My account is deactivated for no reason. I am trying to explain my side to prove that there are no reasons for the deactivation of my account. For past more than a year, nobody is ready to listen to me and solve the problem. I like to know the reason for the same....

I placed an order with seller and made payment on 29.07.2021. I ordered 30 pieces of dragon fruit and order amount was Rs.1500.
I received this order yesterday i e. 04.08.2021 and I have attached the images.
I was assured that order will be delivered in 2 days but I kept on waiting on seller's request. He promised that dragon fruits will be delivered safely and he is used to it.It took 7 days to reach order to...

We trust on IndiaMART and get cheated by these type of fraud company like I-Tek Fab Bioloo who is doing frp mobile toilet...

They took money and hiding and giving proper address they showed us few frp product in Redhills chennai and took advance not picking callls...

We enquired and heard this person is fraud from 2001...

Never ever trust or believe indiamart and their listed suppliers on their website. When anybody searches the suppliers as a buyer on indiamart's website, firstly their suppliers dosen’t responds to any of the enquiries sent and when informed or complaint to indiamart they on purpose block the buyers numbers because they don't have the CALIBRE to take any action against their suppliers. And secondly when asked why the buyers number is blocked they don't ever revert or reply and they sent a plethora list of Xerox to be sent to indiamart for unnecessary reason. And thirdly even after registering and listing as a buyer on indiamart's website they LIE and say that the buyer is telemarketer, how can a buyer be a telemarketer because he wants to buy and not to sell.

Mai eke resaler Hu Maine first time India mart ke seller se 1 study table and 2 lipstick purchase ke..aaj he mujhe courier receive hua and study table diffected peice bheja hai usme salmaika me nishan hai bada...Maine call Kiya seller ko to Kaha ke Maine to theak bheja...but vo unke shop se he esa aaya hai peice...itna solid product kaise raste me demange ho Sakta hai please product return Karaya Jaye...agar ye seller he ASA karege to kon trust karega in per... please help me to return this product...

Indiamart keeps calling every week from various hundred numbers they have, to renew membership. It seems like they are collection agents between whom you are stuck if you share your personal details once. This company should be sacked and penalized for this kind of business model. If they provide service then they do not need to call people to take their membership back...

We have received a mail from indiamart stating my account got de-activated. But there was no reason for that. So i called the customer care for finding the reason but they asked me to send the KYC Documents to [protected]@indiamart.com. so i have sent all the neccessary doucments as they requested.

After that no response from them. so i called the customer care again but they said i will receive a call from the higher official.But...

The worst customer service experience... I have requested for refund on 11th March.. And still on 18th March I didn't get any refund.. I have contacted indiamart on 11th, 13th, 16th, 18th March and every time I got the same response that (your complaint is in progress, please wait for 24-48hours).. This is the worst experience.. I request to indiamart to please refund my money. And now I'll make sure to not pay through indiamart... I am never going to use this app in future. I will tell everyone to not use the indiamart and if you use don't pay through indiamart... They're playing with us...

We renewed our Indiamart services fo another 3 years in February 2020 with commitment from their sales executive at Surat that we will continue to get all services with includes domestic and foreign buyleads which we were getting in last several years. But after 1 year they are asking for another money for foreign buyleads (which they say that they have separated this service in July 2020, which is after making contract with them for 3 years)....

I told my account manager to delete my account on jan16 and she said she will contact me soon but she didn’t contact me and also they changed my account manager without my notice. This time I called the new account manager about the problem she then assured me that she will delete my account and stop my scheduled payments 2 weeks before (25.1.2021)but still the account has not been deleted and they have tried to charge me 3 times in the past 1 week. Please delete my account [protected].

We buy Trust combo pack before1 yrs ago, That time Your Indiamart Representative tell us we can use buy lead Indian or out of country till next 2 years.., Then how can you close export service...we already Given you money for 2 years not for 1 years...so how can you close service export buy lead...?
you inform that before when we buy Package for 2 years..? how can you close Service sir before expire our package...?
