Indiamart is a fraud company. They stole my debit card information and are continuing to deduct money from my account every month even after cancelling my subscription.

Dear Sir,

I bought package before 1 year from indiamart with amount Rs 116235/- for my export business for duration 3 year till year 2022

But After one year they told me your services for export is expire.

Please help me from this issue with indiamart.

I have order Chairs, Tables from a trusted vendor listed on Indiamart worth 3, 42, 900Rs on Oct 19th with expectation to receive them by Dashara. I have reached out to Indiamart customer service raised compalainet on the matter Nov-19 ticket number:3992112.

Vendor after taking full payment which includes GST and transport. i was treated unprofessional in emails y -" arrogant, kiddish, you are not god, not teach me ethics so... " at least in half dozen emails with IndiaMart service agents in CC. Vendor did not have insurance and claims he lost the load initially in transport and tells am lucky he is charging me again.

I requested asked to speak with India service agents Manager so I could make my case - so other people would not have go through same deal with the vendor. I was not provided the chance on multiple requests by service agent.

He had initially suggest I leave a review if am unsatisfied with vendor that is all, which I have done but there no visible link on the portal for the users to see it. I have asked service agent if any link to review exist to read it. I was not provided or answered.

There is also difference in the invoice I was charged and the copy i was sent. I even brought this to attention of the sales agent. which is also ignored.

Last of the goods was only delivered on Dec-13th. I have suffered financially due to delay involved and treated unprofessional over and over and vendor continues to operate as if nothing happened.

This item was supposed to be shipped to the usa. according to india post, it was dispatched from mumbai. however, according to usps the origin country is still preparing shipment. it has been over 30 days since reported dispatch date.

I had paid to Indiamart on 4 th of Nov20, amt of rs 2650 payment red id 392226, via indiamart.com (pay with indiamart) online payment gateway to pay to a registered IndiaMART seller for an order
The seller said he cannot process the order as he had not received any payment from indiamart. when i asked indiamart about this they said they have received my payment but were not ready to pay to the seller.

Buy lead services are not available on time and if are available then already buy lead fulfilled requirement. But when customer care is made issue then they will have many reasons for customers. When raise complaints they issue ticket and without customer satisfaction they will close previous ticket and raise new ticket....

I have order the dishwasher from one of the premium seller of the IndiaMart . Before confirming the order I have twice contact to IndiaMart support team to know the authenticity of the seller they team told me that the seller is premium member and very authentic no need to worry. And to be safe I have used the IndiaMart payment gate in case if any damaged or any nonsense is occurred then IndiaMart guys can help me out. But after placing the order seller taken 20 day to transport the product and after a month I received the damaged/defected product. After tell this issue to seller he told me to give the replacement but then when ever i contacted him he give me nonsense reason for not able to ship the product. And I finally log complaints to IndiaMart the told me that they can't help me because you have received the product if it is damaged it not our concern. Afer having a long conversation seller send me the mail for refund on 10 of November but on 10th of November Seller stop picking up my calls and IndiaMart not even contacted me for this. I have forwarded all the proof regarding this purchase to IndiaMart but their reply is very sad. Because they don't take any guaranty of there sellers.
And the have written in their payment gate if any type of fraud is occurs and you have used IndiaMart payment gate in 34hrs you will received the refund but more than 90days has gone I haven't received the refund. Indiamart is promoting the fraud seller in their website as their premium sellers.

I have ordered marigold plants from indiamart but at received time plants are damage condition full have ordered 10000 plants but received. Time plants are fully damaged i have paid 5103 rs bera enterprise from indiamart company.

I have paid through Indiamart for a product but seller says he will not send product until he will get payment so i called the indiamart customer care service and said i want to cancel my order and refund then Indiamart registered a complaint on[protected] and said Indian will refund your amount in 24-48 working hours but he not refunded until and when i m calling to indiamart customer care service they says amount will be refund in 3-6 days again . Then I called again after that again they saying 3-6 days . Please refund my money as soon as possible.

I bought a watch from indiamart and got it for me but it didn't like it so i wanted to exchange it with another watch or he would refund my money but the seller refused to do both.
Resolution - i want to refund my money or it exchange with other watch...

I got verified trusted seller as listed by India mart - Bansal oil and lubricants company Delhi they sent me servo oil bottles filled with kerosene oil and burned oil it smells really bad that it cannot be used in any bike. Now, the indiamart is taking time to proceed it's already 8 days I got only one call from them the executive is poor at talking and the seller is using abusive comments against me. I am pay through indiamart portal against booked material at basant chemical, indore. After payment to indiamart they release payment in maximum 2 hours after nine days they not release payment to supplier. This is to inform you that i had made payment to india mart for one of my order placed with the supplier named “legal way” listed with you on 27th may’20 but till date i have not received the shipment.

Considering the pandemic situation, i thought it is taking time but after a month also on 30th june’20 when there were no signs of it, i raised a complain with india mart to look into it. We also...

M/s Go speed E Logistics which was partnership firm bought the services of IndiaMART almost 9 Months ago and the services agreed for period of 1 year. Go Speed E Logistics was a partnership Firm and Partners were I Mr. Ishan vig and Mr. Sanjeev Kumar. Due to some reasons partnership got broken in the month of December 2019 and we both started our own concerns as agreed the name of concern Go Speed E Logistics will be taken by me( Ishan vig) in starting of 2020. And we agree to continue IndiaMART services till it’s End. In the month of May My partner stole IndiaMART’s services and changed portal details with the help of IndiaMART Employee without my concent. I did post many complaints to IndiaMART by Email but they never respond me back. After various reminders A Ma’am from India Mart called me up and after all discussions and understand matter she said we will discuss matter with our team.
She was keen to generate new business by saying that you should open new account with IndiaMART. However I said let’s resolve this matter first and provide me services for which I have already paid to you. It’s been more then 50 days to stop services and more then 20 days to had discussions with Ma’am. Now they are not answering my call. I urge to our judiciary to take strict action towards IndiaMART and they should bear loss of mine.
