Dear sir,
we have already purchase a package in which you promised us to give 14 buy-leads but as you know last week you have cut the 7 buy leads by your own. when I approached our given no of relationship manager and helpline also nobody hep me and no relaxation given to me even they deny to pic my calls, then i write in feedback column then somebody called me and resolves the problems but we waste our three days and many calls we have to do.
in the mean time some useful buy-leads consumed by another supplier. and in the same time we loose our business so, you are requested not to do this again in any cost.

Now you are saying that if we are unable to attend some calls then you again cut our buy-leads then this is not justified and acceptable also. you are no right to cut the already purchased buy-leads for that we have paid you in advance.

If we missed any call this may be so much reasons we will be in meeting, driving and we can call back to them some time these calls may be odd times also we have to leave them.
it does not means that you will cut our facilities for which we have already paid in advance.
At last we again request you that no cutting or alteration shall be done with our purchased package.

    At the beginning of the month of july i called indiamart helpline to talk about that i am not happy with the service and wish to stop using it. One of their executives told me to call on 26 july and inform me that i wish to close it, and in return they will give me one additional month free of cost.

    I called on 26 july at the executives number which he shared with me but was unreachable, i called 5-6 times but everytime it was unreachable. Then at 6 pm i called at the indiamart helpline number which i got from the app and informed that i wish to close the service. The person told me that i will get a call within 24 hrs. Which i didn't.

    I again called the next day and was told the same reason. But i assumed that my request is processed and i am not getting a call cause it is weekend. On 29 july i again called the helpline number stating that i havent received any calls yet. I was again told the same thing.
    After some time i got an email from the executive whom i was talking to that he tried calling me but was unreachable.
    I tried calling him buy he was unreachable again so i sent a mail to his account regarding my issue.

    Till the evening of 31 july i did not received a single call from them even when i have called and filed the complaint many times. Twice on 30 july as well.

    On the evening of 31 i get a call from the executive i have been talking to stating that my service cannot be stopped cause i did not inform on time and as a result the amount was deducted already. I was surprised to hear so cause as per his instructions i have already filed for account closing on 26 july. He told me that i called after 6pm which is their office closing time and they go home before 6 so he did not received the request.
    After talking to him i decided to file a complaint against the person on indiamart itself.
    Within 2 mins i got a call from the executive's manager stating that she'll look into it and will get back to me asap.

    Around 6.30 pm i got a call from the executive again stating that if you had a problem you should have told me directly, there was no point complaining, and he started arguing. We both agreed that there was no point arguing now and lets wait what the manager decides.

    Next day i got a call from the manger stating that my services will be closed and shortly but for final feedback i need to consume a buylead, and she will notify me with all the details the next day.

    Next day i got a call stating they can't return the amount cause they have filed the gst on 30 july already and thus cant refund my amount.

    First of all why did they file for gst on 30 july if i have filed a complaint for closing on 26 july. Secondly there was no calls or mail from them regarding my issue up until 31 july evening. If i have filed a complaint on 26 and sat sun is holiday than i should have received the call on 29 itself.
    Why did they wait for the amount to be cleared and then wait to notify me.

    I feel i am duped and i need my full amount to be refunded.
    IndiaMART customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Even i am facing the same issue, this INDIAMART is one of the biggest fraud in industry.

      I wanted to start online services on indiamart, to sell products. I opted for monthly mode of service and payment.

      A miscommunication occurred at the time of verification, and indiamart team said that i don't know the complete process, so they're cancelling my services.

      My complaint is that, both executives who came from indiamart, didn't explained me each and every part of service. And because of their poor handling, my services got cancelled.

      I can't re-apply before 6 months, according to indiamart. When fault is from the company's executives, then why customer should bear the loss?

      I strongly declines their poor policy and is going to file a legal complaint against the indiamart. Company accepts that the fault is from their executives end, still i'm bearing the loss of services and time because of them.

        Dont use indiamart big packages it is total fraud. I had activated my services 2 years ago with pack of 3 years 14 buyleada a week with trustseal verified. Indiamart disable my package on 9 th of march reason buyer seller conflict open for
        7056 rupees and 1962 rupees. Indiamart given no proof for it ad disable services we had not taken these amounta in our accounts. Indiamart is worst service. Even honourable court of india takes decision on proofs but indiamart behave like an intenational court immediate disable the package dont go for it its fraud company.
        I m going to raise civil suit for procedure 7 and defamation for 499.500 ipc.

          I paid 65, 000 for Maximiser service by 25th June.I was made cmient ent to activate catalogue and services in 10-12 working days.But till today no activation has taken place.Sales team person are either on leave or absent.I am not getting any reaponse through customer care.I need the services to start without any further delay.
          No communication in time line is being done
          I feel cheated

          Sales team follow up fast when they have to take money, but disappear when they have to give service

              Hi Team,

              This is to inform you that there is a fraud incident actioned by Indiamart which needs your attention.

              On 15th June around 4.30-5 a person came from Indiamart saying they want to do business.

              The moment the person saw my dad is busy, he started taking pictures of our footwear product, board reflecting name of shop/other details. He grabbed all the personal details from my dad's mobile without permission after which he made a profile on Indiamart adding all our product's pictures and personal details. I am trying to delete the profile but there is no option to delete anything.

              I have added the photo of the person who did this but photo is not that clear.

              I would request you to please help us with this complaint at the earliest.

                Dear sir
                I am member of indiamart portal since past 4 years.
                My membership is blocked without any intimation.
                When i called on their customer care, then once arrogant executive who has lack of knowledge about it gave me unacceptable reason to me.
                When i brought to her notice about the lack knowledge, she harassed me for termination of membership.
                I made many calls and sent many messages thereafter but i couldn't get response or activation of my membership.
                This is nothing but just a personal revenge.
                There is no higher authority to contact in this company.
                I am helpless and writing this complaint.
                Mr. Ravi told me after send mail that i have to submit affitivate on that regarding customer complaints such thing mentioned. Aslo told me that one customer was complaint then account is blocked .
                Also he agreed that same customer was agreed after 2 days his problem was solved but still my account is blocked.
                Indiamart sale representative called me many time for paid membership, but we can't afford there fees then i have not give any respond for same.
                That's why our Account is blocked by them.
                Now they are asking different different documents & excuses to activate account.

                It's totally harassment of customers without any proper reason/ Proper verification.

                  A person having an account "[protected]" with the name "KAUSHIK PACKERS AND MOVERS" at "HARSHNAGAR" branch of "Punjab and Sind Bank" (IFSC: PSIB0021194) cheated us by deceiving his identity.

                  The details of the case are as follows:

                  The person(agent/ broker) contacted us for a truck loading purpose from Baroda and Ankleshwar to Amritsar after I posted a query on IndiaMART on 04/06/19. He sent us the trucks at concerned places on 5th June by contacting the office of Kaushik packers and Movers in Ankleshwar. We transferred him the money on 6th June. But ultimately, a day after on 7th June, we got a call from the office of Kaushik Packers and Movers that they have not got any money from the concerned person who was an agent. On sharing the account details with Kaushik Packers and Movers, they verified that the details are not of their own firm. We tried calling the person for the entire day on 7th June but his phone ([protected]) was switched off.

                    By mistakenly i registered my mobile number with india mart (The # broker site). When i search any industrial products in my browser, it suggest india mart website. Once if i click it, with in a hour i got received so many calls from their executives (All they are ugly hindi wala).
                    There is no option to deactivate my profile or delete my mobile and email address. And i can't block all their numbers. Bcoz they were call from multiple hindi wala states. How do i escape from that brokers?

                        We found a vendor on indiamart to execute the polycarbonate work we have also paid the advance to the vendor.
                        After receiving the the advance th4 v4ntor never showed up items vern 25 days he is not coming to start the work neither i'd he refunding the money.
                        We have made several complaints to indiamart and still haven't received any solid reply from them.

                          Everyone knows the infamy that indiamart.com lives online because of rampant fraud prevalent on it. I fell for 1 such fraud

                          A lu shen emailed me tried to sell me cancer medicine. I need that medicine. Mr. Shen had very poor communication skills and also very rude. But, since i needed the medicine very badly, i paid him 5, 000 rs.

                          Now, after making a bunch of bizarre demands, mr. Shen has vanished. Here is the upi id that i sent the money to -

                            I had raised a complaint 2953037 with indiamart for a supplier who was not able to deliver the product and is now delaying the refund.
                            The customer service is taking it's own time and the supplier is a cheat.
                            Action needs to be taken quickly.

                            On may 1 the order was placed for 100 bags of opc 43 grade cement. The supplier simha associates mentioned they will deliver on may 2 by 7 am. When it didn't get delivered my calls were not being picked up and he sent an sms by end of day saying not able to deliver and will refund.
                            He's yet to refund to the money after 6 days and everyday he says he'll give.
                            I raised a complaint with indiamart and they are looking inot it but they seem to lack the urgency and not sure why they have not yet spoken to the supplier.in speaking to india mart they said let's give the supplier time.

                              We had given our web promotion activity with indiamart since 2009. But now our firm decided to discontinue their web promotion service and in this regard we had already submitted them the needed proof to their escalation team. They have blocked our website completely from 30/03/2019 and till date they have not handed over our domain name user id password for which we had already paid to indiamart at the time of initial development. We have handed over our original proof documents to their representative on 23/04/2019. Every day they are making false commitment with new excuses. Still we have not received the domain details and because of indiamart we are already facing a huge business loss

                                I bought valve from looking that it is trusted supplier logo in india mart

                                Order was made for stainless steel (Ss316l) which can withstand 180 deg c.

                                In first pressure test all valve was leaking. Due to lack of support we repaired.

                                We asked for replacement than as it was not resolving was getting to much delay we send to our client

                                Client notic this valve are rusted and also it was not stainless steel they just welded flanges to carbon steel.

                                It is not ss316, they send us poor quality second hand material.

                                Beaware of this company

                                  I joined indiamart with monthly subscription of rs 3000.in december 2018, i called their customer care requesting to stop my services since i started my job again and indiamart services were no longer required. The representative said that the services will stop in january 2019 and i will not be charged. But the amount got deducted on 25th january. I immediately called the customer care again and found that my representative has been changed....

                                  I have ordered deemart ortho balm to india mart. The other product jod amrut was delivered by teleone pvt ltd for an amount of rs.1, 600/-. I asked them to replace the same but they are informed to use the other product. India mart says that the company is not manufacturer and directs me to contact the delivery persons. Please take the pack return and supply the deemart orthopain balm.
