There was ad posted on Indiamart about bose lifestyle650 system.Offer was of Rs15000 from cyberabad, megamart.I took the offer from wats up no.[protected] and paid 15000rs.First he asked me to pay rs7500 and then after showing me the invoice asked another 7500 that i paid.The invoice was from Gelectronics ltd city plaza shopping complex, [censored]al vihar, khora colony, sector 62A noida, UP.The package was coming from dubai and he gave me the no. of delivery man who has taken around 8000+9050 for custom duties and insurance money and is asking another 26000 for govt tax.kindly help me get my money back.

I would like to complain is on date 14/9/2018 i make order from supplier also i give full payment that your advertising dried sea horse i got all tracking number and delivered date but till today i naver received product. What i would like request u is i am going to fight for that indiamart people web admin why you just advertis any unproved owner of the supplier and buyer detail i think in all this satuation indiamart admin and there staff are also involved.

Hello this is shiva prasad.as one india mary person named rajender and asif have come near me and made me fool by giving false assurance by saying indiamart will produce leads for my bussiness by paying certain amount and they call that leads as buy leads and that indiamart executive said that if I buy a lead than that lead will only seen by me but when there customer care executive called me for conformation he said that the same lead can consume by 10 people and when I m asking for refund there manager is trying to convince me by saying another story so don't believe indiamart it's a fraud and don't waste ur money

I wanted to buy an av receiver. So i found one on indiamart. The seller's name was imorke store. It was a onkyo tx-nr676 av receiver. Along with that i ordered a subwoofer amplifier acoustic audio ws1005. The total cost that was negotiated was rs. 33, 000.

I called indiamart to check if the seller is verified to which i was assured that the seller is indeed verified and they will help me with any problems i face.

We have been a very old customer of india mart getting good enquiries through their basic service of mdc. This year, their sales team assured us of good business through star supplier membership. However, it turned out that we stopped getting any relevant enquires after this new membership. After repeated complaints things didnt improve. We had been assured refund incase it didnt give results. But they did not respond to that either. On top of this, they asked us to renew our mdc by paying more money. We offered that we shall renew mdc after the star supplier starts giving results - but instead of helping us sort the matter, they have discontinued our service.
Ours is a msme organisation and we have invested a lot of money in india mart. We need justice to that.

I am a responsible citizen of india, due to some ignorance, i have been cheated by a seller/agency, whose full information is attached (Whatever i have), but the seller is not responding.
Therefore, it is requested you may advised to help me under your rights.

We have got the details of "mohan sundar" (Company: "hydronumac") through "indiamart" for a "fully automatic murukku machine".
On 02-jul-2018, we have paid an advance of 2lakh to mohan sundar for the machine.
We have the receipt for same.
As per him, he should deliver the machine in 20 days, i. E. 22-jul-2018.
Now, almost 1 month and 20 days have passed and we have not received the machine.
Last, we have spoken to him is on 18-aug and he told that he will ship the machine on next day.
He is not receiving the phone now.

About our order:
Item ordered: fully automatic murukku machine
Advance paid: 2 lakh on 02-jul-2018
Expected delivery: 20 days, i. E. 22-jul-2018
Current status: machine not delivered. Mohan is not receiving calls

Am a very old customer of yours. I have been using india mart for last 11 years.
I was trying to get in contact with one of you for my issue, i tried calling but no one responded.
My site was down from last 15 days and i was irritated.in that moment i asked to stop the ecs for that month.
But somehow your person has closed my site. I also tried calling the pune manager, but no response.
I want my site to be re-opened and running.
It seems there is a false complaint given against me. I am a genuine seller and doing business from last 15 years.

I have been associated as a paid member of indiamart and have been using their platform to look for potential buyers.
It appears that they seem to provide fake buy leads since none have reverted back to the queries posted.
As a paid member we are charged an annual fee which they refuse to refund (Reason that they do not have the policy for refund)

So this is an alert for all businesses wanting to get associated as a paid member with indiamart not to get conned by their false promises and avoid filling the pockets of dinesh agarwal (Managing director, indiamart)

Indiamart manegemet services very poor so give me rest amount jul2018 to oct 2018. U have deactivet my services without information. Any buyer give you fake camplain for our company than you are deactive our service without any proof and information. We have proof bilty and transport challan who material are dispetch for buyer and received. Your manegement very poor.

I was got cheated by ahmed for 1lak28k800 after paying no response below are the bank accounts he gave to me and he disappeared now and i raised case with india mart then another guy came into picture robin as in charge of products to get delivered and said have to pay 15 k to get released i payed again asking to pay 15k800 for delivering they are using swift cargo logos kindly refund my money back...

I am a registered seller on IndiaMART and before some days some buyers contacted me through IndiaMART and told me about purchasing my product and paying through payx system and they paid amount through payx and I dispatch product and they received that and they send me confirmation that they have received the product after two three days they complain against my company that they have not received product and i have provided proof to IndiaMART but they are also in this fraud and specially one madam from pay x department named balvinder Kaur is the master mind

I have proof and I have provided them to indiamart and after providing proof they are no receiving my call or replying to my emails

Pay x team is not just a team they are there to make fraud happen easily and Mastermind of all this fraud is balvinder Kaur ([protected], [protected])

The buyer and both payx department has distributed the amount in them selves

So this is my humble request that please look after my case

TJsarees - This is the seller who are not willing to return my money.
Actually, I have given him the order for three sarees(Rs 7060/-) but he sends one saree correctly and the another saree with wrong print. When i asked him to replace the 2nd one, he denied. Also he is not willing to refund. Along with this, neither he gave the third saree nor he is providing the return.
Please look into this matter and provide me the refund for two sarees of worth rs 4600/-.

I am serving officer in defence, was contacted by one dealer based in us claimed to be verified indiamart seller, made a fraud deal and i lost 15000 rs which is not expected from your company. Sir i am attaching some proof and contact nos and account nos which was given to me. But they didnt send products. Deal was of 15k initially he told to pay 50% but later on told to pay full as was required for shipment. I paid full then again i was told to pay for custom as 25k which he never told in deal. Please help me out. Its hard earned money but beieved them in name of yours.

Received fake products from a supplier given by indiamart. Fake supplements.
Complain has been filed but still there is no reply from india mart.
Supplier who have send the fake products - krishna sales corporation - delhi.
I have did the authentication of the product and it is fake. The supplier have even used fake sticker of the importer on the product....

I was registered my co in indiamart since 3 months ago. From very first day starting I feel that there services not serve as they said & I raised my concern many times but all the time there executives denay there fault and told me that you have to wait at least 3-4 months to get good results.
Now after 3 months when the problems become same, I drop refund mail to indiamart team but I m very surprised about there careless behaviour on my mail. After 3-4 days still no one from there team revert on my mail, even not any acnowledgment I reacived from there side.

This is the issue regarding payment of rs 5000 through a link india mart on 30 april for v3 massage bed to richa tiwari digital spine. Brighter the product has been delivered not the refund has been processed. I don't understand what is the issue. And customer care india mart after registering my complain said will call me but that never happened! Pls help me what could be the issue.
