I have been associated as a paid member of indiamart and have been using their platform to look for potential buyers.
It appears that they seem to provide fake buy leads since none have reverted back to the queries posted.
As a paid member we are charged an annual fee which they refuse to refund (Reason that they do not have the policy for refund)

So this is an alert for all businesses wanting to get associated as a paid member with indiamart not to get conned by their false promises and avoid filling the pockets of dinesh agarwal (Managing director, indiamart)

You'll will never get any conversion.

I was got cheated by ahmed for 1lak28k800 after paying no response below are the bank accounts he gave to me and he disappeared now and i raised case with india mart then another guy came into picture robin as in charge of products to get delivered and said have to pay 15 k to get released i payed again asking to pay 15k800 for delivering they are using swift cargo logos kindly refund my money back

I had the same problem, Ahmed has deceived me, he claims to be a DHL delivery man, which is false. he's a scammer. request money from accounts and then buy BITCOINS with that money, denounce him for fraud to his police and then INTERPOL.

I am a registered seller on IndiaMART and before some days some buyers contacted me through IndiaMART and told me about purchasing my product and paying through payx system and they paid amount through payx and I dispatch product and they received that and they send me confirmation that they have received the product after two three days they complain against my company that they have not received product and i have provided proof to IndiaMART but they are also in this fraud and specially one madam from pay x department named balvinder Kaur is the master mind

I have proof and I have provided them to indiamart and after providing proof they are no receiving my call or replying to my emails

Pay x team is not just a team they are there to make fraud happen easily and Mastermind of all this fraud is balvinder Kaur ([protected], [protected])

The buyer and both payx department has distributed the amount in them selves

So this is my humble request that please look after my case
I need justice

A sms was sent with a payment link, I made a payment of ₹9600 for two pieces of Redmi on 3rd July 18

After payment there is no response, not receiving my phone, no courier confirmation.

TJsarees - This is the seller who are not willing to return my money.
Actually, I have given him the order for three sarees(Rs 7060/-) but he sends one saree correctly and the another saree with wrong print. When i asked him to replace the 2nd one, he denied. Also he is not willing to refund. Along with this, neither he gave the third saree nor he is providing the return.
Please look into this matter and provide me the refund for two sarees of worth rs 4600/-.
Looking forward to get a solution soon.

I am serving officer in defence, was contacted by one dealer based in us claimed to be verified indiamart seller, made a fraud deal and i lost 15000 rs which is not expected from your company. Sir i am attaching some proof and contact nos and account nos which was given to me. But they didnt send products. Deal was of 15k initially he told to pay 50% but later on told to pay full as was required for shipment. I paid full then again i was told to pay for custom as 25k which he never told in deal. Please help me out. Its hard earned money but beieved them in name of yours.

I was registered my co in indiamart since 3 months ago. From very first day starting I feel that there services not serve as they said & I raised my concern many times but all the time there executives denay there fault and told me that you have to wait at least 3-4 months to get good results.
Now after 3 months when the problems become same, I drop refund mail to indiamart team but I m very surprised about there careless behaviour on my mail. After 3-4 days still no one from there team revert on my mail, even not any acnowledgment I reacived from there side.

As per information india mart we are purchased pvc rungs (Mase safty work chennai) 1. Not correct invoices.2. As per lpo delivery date no delivery.in this problems we are permission lpo cancellation and new purchase. As per permission we purchased. But the product rate already deposited. Still date the amount not refund no any communication. So kindly involved the matters and solve.

Please take action against rakesh mondal and his interior project company called studio eighth sense located at kalkaji. They are cheating us at every stage of our restaurant interior work. They are not finishing our work which is supposed to finish in 15 days as per the contract and stretching beyond 50 days. The work is in a small area of 400sqft which could be finished in a week. We have already paid 85% of the total payment to him, ie, 145000rs. He is deliberately not picking our calls now and treating us in all mean ways. Please take action against this frauds in the industry which is a headache for the clients.

Indiamart is a scammer i file a complaint in consumer court against you guys around 1 and half month ago i got a call from one of your representative for selling me your bloody plans, i denied and i told him to stop my services i dont want your services, he comitted me he stoped my services and there would be no futher deduction on my account but i didn know you are scammers you guys make fool to the customers and you guys deducted amount of rs 2500 on 15th may, and now still i got a messege that next amount will be deducted on 15th of june, now i called your customer service spoke to one lady she told me she cant help me out and she has given me different number [protected] his name is ashish, i spoke to him he said he cant help me out neither he can raise the request and said i need talk to another lady and her details he will send via sms, i havent got any details and again i called him he gave me the same story again and said he make sure there will be no further deduction on my account and said he will send me a mail stating all that, i havent got any mail yet,

In a very simple words i am telling you if any more deduction happened on my account i will file a complaint in consumer court i dont want your services at all stop stealing money from my account

I lodge my requirement on indiamart website. So i get more seller contact number and address after registration. After few days of registration, i got a call from seller who identifies himself, he calling from c-net syststmes dwarka new delhi. Then we communicate to each other on whatsapp and i pay him 3422 rupees through imps. Seller sends me receipts of a bill and assures me he will dispatch product next days. But next days his mobile number out of reach. I call to seller incharge who deny me for talking about that guy and deny that guy not work in his company. I call to indiamart helpline number but fake promise to me for refund my amount...

I don't know how indiamart promote this kind fraud? I have seen in indiamart and metioned in verified seller so i have them for 30000.
Vsm clothing company is big fraud

Please be aware of vsm clothing company, dindigul. I ordered shirts for that company and sent money rs. 30000 on may 27 for their current account.
After receiving money mr. Sourav suresh ([protected]) and owner of that company no response in my phone call and whatsapp message.

So many times i tried. After he sent one trackon courier receipt to me. But he didn't booked courier and not send any parcel to courier office. I confirmed dindigul courier office. They are told not received any parcel from that company. After many followup he had sent parcel which was not ordered worst quality shirt. Informed everybody make complaint for that perople. So please be aware of that company

When i searched on indiamart i found zotac gtx 1050 ti graphic card at 8000 inr. First when i enquired at indiamart then i was getting messeges of different sellers on whatsapp and mail. Seller asked me for pay on this account detail-

And took my address detail. And i paid 8000 inr for zotac gtx 1050 ti oc edition 4gb on 31 may, 2018. After booking he gave me tracking number [protected] and link http://securialogservices.com.

After 1 on 1 june, 2018 my parcel was hold by custom at chennai tamil nadu, india. And i am demanded to pay a sum fee of 7000 inr. And he told me it will refunded back at the time of delivery by fill refund form by courier. So i paid 7000 more. After 6 hours my parcel released by custom but 10, 750 inr for vat and taxation fee needed. Now he is demanding 10750. When i search oh google i found everyone is fraud on indiamart. I think sellers and their tracking site http://securialogservices.com both are cheater. They cheated a lot of customers and never delivered any parcel. So i thought i am cheated a total of 15000 inr therefore i did not pay 10750 inr. It was my saving of 2 years. Please ban this site and take a big action on this. No one should be cheated.
And if possible return my money at paytm account [protected].

for me, it was another fraud shipping company website they used named - http://fastelaclogs.com/

There is a whole racket of frauds in Indiamart, please be safe and avoid indiamart as much as possible,

in my case - I was paid 8000 rs / the half of price of agreed for 1 card of AMD sapphire Rx 580 grafics card,

And we send him 21000 rs to bank transfer to his account according to account details mention on cheque. We ordered 130 kurti's but received only 40 piece thats almost gurbage, not according to our oreder list. I attached all document please help us to get back our money.

But these company people are not even answering my phone calls. I asked for tracking number but they didnt provide me any tracking number. This is a pure case of fraud. Third class service.
