IndiaMart — indiamart seller fraud

This is regarding ticket id 3705884 raised by indiamart for the complaint against the cheating done by the seller with me (Buyer). This regarding one of the certified seller registered on indiamart. Which indiamart forwarded to me for my required product (Drone).

The firm name is (Srishti gifts llp) mr balakrishnan gopal ([protected] / [protected]) took complete product amount rs 6000/- even he was asking me to pay rs 5000/- more to insure product deliver on time. But i denied to give extra money and told him to deliver the product by stating that, this was not discussed during our conversion. Then after sometime he said that my package on hold by customs. After that i raised complaint to indiamart then he was started using some abuse words and said that my product has destroyed by customs members. I reached him many times over whatsapp but he didnt responded me any single time.

Now indiamart who is responsible for providing connect with seller by call or email but they also got unanswered.

Request you to kindly resolve the issue. Also indiamart should take strict action against such sellers who give life threat to there customer.
