Indiamart is cheating and fraud innocent people ... They have kept marketing people who convince people to pay monthly 2000/- for advertising ..and incase customer is not satisfied with the response .. they are forced to pay 6000/- even after informing indiamart to stop charging 2000 from bank automatically ...
Indiamart uses NACH payment facility of government RBI. Via NACH the money gets deducted from customer bank account every month automatically ... If customer is not satisfied then he informs Indiamart to stop the monthly deductions.
HERE COMES THE INDIAMART FRAUD .. Indiamart informs customer that it will take 3 months for the NACH cancellation procedure ... But in reality it takes only 5 days .. here is the proof on nach website -- http://www.npci.org.in/documents/circular_no_58.pdf
So Indiamart frauds the unsatisfied customer for Rs. 6000/- ...
If customer has to cancel himself he has to leave his daily work and run behind different departments in his bank to get it stopped ...
When Indiamart is confronted with this fact that it should take only 5 days to cancel instead of 90 days .. they say they dont want customer to leave ..hence they have kept 90 days gap ..
I ask Indiamart .. If you are so much concerned about customer leaving then give service free of charge for 3 months and then take payment only if customer is happy ...
Final conclusion is INDIAMART IS A FRAUD CHORRRRR ... stay away from it ...
