IndiaMart — order not delivered from last one month_urgent-complaint number - 3749707 | |
Team, This is to inform you that i had made payment to india mart for one of my order placed with the supplier named “legal way” listed with you on 27th may’20 but till date i have not received the shipment. Considering the pandemic situation, i thought it is taking time but after a month also on 30th june’20 when there were no signs of it, i raised a complain with india mart to look into it. We also called india mart on this and at the end when i call them again on 4th july’20, i get to know that the complain has been closed without any information been provided to the client, stating that there is some dispute issue. I do not understand what is india mart responsible for? Just taking the payment? I believe india mart is responsible for the complete delivery of the product purchased via their end and keep checking on the feedback with the client whether received or not, as a sign of good customer service or good gesture. Check with the seller and get me my money back of inr 25, 225 (Purchase amount) or send me the product again. Blacklist the seller from india mart if he does not do so. Awaiting urgent response to this. Need revert at the earliest at any cost with proper positive solution.
