IndiaMart — Payment made but product not delivered and no refund

I made a payment of ₹25, 000 through UPI on 13 June 2023 via PhonePe to IndiaMART for purchasing vetiver grass plant slips.

Despite making full payment, I have not received the product till date. I have tried contacting the seller and IndiaMART, but no proper support or resolution has been provided.

This appears to be a case of fraud. I request immediate refund of my money and strict action against the seller.
