महोदय,
निवेदन है की मैं (Sima kumari) w/o 786189-f sgt h. R. Singh pmf (M) of 5brd af. My son mudit kumar singh and udit kumar singh are students of k. V sulur studying in class x-c and viii-a respectively.

(I) on 03 oct 16 a student girish of class viii-b has bitten my elder son mudit kumar singh whose explanation was given in application no.1 enclosed as annexure-1. On enquiring about incident it was revealed that the mischief was done by the ward the ward of a serving teacher of k. V sulur. Therefore then no action has been taken against the student. After this, many discriminative incidents happened with my elder son by the principal and school administration.

(Ii) on 23 apr 18 about 14:10 hrs chaitanya keshri a student of class x-c in the absence of the teacher has beaten my son mudit kumar singh very badly and he fell on the floor for which mlc is raised in smc, af stn sulur. An application against this matter has been given to the principal and he has denied to take application which is enclosed as annexure - ii. Many time, this type o[censored]nfair and injustice incidents happened with me, my husband and my children. Due to this reason my husband avoided going to school.

(Iii) on 13 feb 19 at about 14:40 hrs the principal (V. Meganathan) snatched my personal mobile phone (Samsung galaxy j7 जिसका mob no.-[protected] तथा aadhar no[protected] के द्वारा sim प्राप्त किया गया था) and misbehaved with me when i was submitting the application requesting for remedial class for my elder son which is enclosed as annexure - iii.मेरे एक ही हाथ मे folded application और mob दोनो था, ज्योहि मै application को सीधा करने (खोलने) के लिए दोनो हाथो का उपयोग की, त्योहि principal sir ने झपट्टा मारकर मेरा mobile phone छिन लिए, यह बोलते हुए की "this nonsense lady, इसका पुरा ख़ानदान ऐसे ही है, शाली मायावती है", breast पर हाथ से धक्का देने का प्रयास किये, तब मै पीछे हटते हुए बोली सर यह क्या कर रहे है? मेरा mobile तो दे दीजिए | यह सब principal सर के office (Chamber)के बाहर corridor मे हो रहा था जो cctv footage मे कैद हुआ होगा | यह सब होने के बाद principal sir ने sunita madam और divya madam (Contractual teachers) को अपने तरफ़ से blindly support के लिए बुलाए | principal sir और divya madam ने repeatedly अभद्र टिप्पणी करते हुए, mobile phone authority (Cadmo)के द्वारा देने की बात कही थी, जो अभी तक नहीं मिला है | mobile phone protected (Locked)नहीं होने के कारण मै बार -बार request करती रही कि "sir मेरा mobile दे दीजिए, अगर आपको रखना ही है तो protect (Lock) करके दे रही हुँ" लेकिन उन्होंने एक नहीं सुनी, उल्टे अभद्र टिप्पणी करते रहे | divya madam बोलीं कि mobile तोड़ भी दिया जाएगा, "मेरे husband (Wg cdr bhandari mal) बोलते है कि airmen के mobile हमलोग तोड़ देते है"|my husband informed the matter to orderly officer of 5brd and 43wg, af and same as mentioned in the occurrence register. उसी दिन मै (अपने बेटे mudit kumar singh के साथ) k. V sulur के (Principal और contractual teachers के गठजोड़ वाली) संवेदनहीन रवैया का शिकायत president afwwa (Local) 43 wg (Gyaneshvari puntambekar madam)से की, जहाँ पर secretary (Afwwa)/contractual teacher divya madam मौजूद थी | mobile phone ऊनलोगो के द्वारा देने की बात, वहाँ पर की गई थी, जो आजतक नहीं दी गई है |my husband informed the matter to orderly officer of 5brd & 43 wg, af & the same is mentioned in the occurrence register. इतना होने के बावजूद, एक आशावादी सोच के तहत, मेरे husband नहीं चाहतें थे की मेरे (मैं और मेरे दोनो बच्चे) और k. V sulur administration (Principal v. Meganthan और उनके blindly supporting teachers) के बीच शांति तथा सौहार्द का वातावरण ख़त्म हो जाए, इसलिए उन्होंने मेरे लाख कहने के बावजूद कि fir दर्ज कराऊँगी, उन्होंने orderly officer को occurrence register में लिखवाना (Report करना) बेहतर समझा कि यह air force का मामला है और air force administration ही सुलझाएगी | लेकिन उस पर उलटा कारवाई करते हुए मेरे husband को planned conspiracy के तहत फँसाया तथा harass किया जा रहा हैं | मेरा बेटा (Mudit kumar singh) जब 13 feb 19 को remedial class के लिए school जाता है और उसे भगा दिया जाता है (Principal तथा staff के द्वारा), वह रोते हुए घर आ जाता है, पुनः school छुट्टी के दौरान (14:40 hrs) जब अपने बेटे (Mudit kumar singh, school uniform पहने हुए) के साथ principal sir को remedial class के लिए (Application के साथ) request कर रही होती हूँ, तब वह बच्चा उस दिन माँ के साथ केवल request करने के लिए गया था, ना कि student के रूप में पढ़ने के लिए |माँ के साथ होते ही बच्चा (Student) का प्रत्येक action माँ का action माना जाना चाहिए ना कि बच्चे का | अतः माँ के साथ होते ही बच्चे (Student) पर किसी प्रकार का आरोप लगाना निर्मूल और भ्रमात्मक है |
(Iv) मै अपने husband के statement मे पढ़ी थी कि “43 wg adjt. Flt lt r. K singh abused my husband at about 09:50 hrs on 09 mar 19 telling that माधर चोध तुमको यही पर मारकर गाड़ दूँगा during inquiring above matter in front of 20504 gp capt. R. J singh sir. इससे विदित होता है कि 20504 gp capt. R. J singh इस matter को prejudice होकर enquire कर रहे हैं | मुझे बहुत बार atc में बुलाते है और आधे रास्ते जाने के बाद मेरे husband को मना कर देते है कि अपनी wife को घर छोड़कर आओ |अतः मेरी authority (Aoc) तथा सम्बंधित विभागों से निम्नलिखित गुज़ारिश है - (A) 20504 gp capt. R. J singh sir को इस inquiry से जल्द से जल्द हटाकर मामले को honourable court (Civil) को handover कर दिया जाए, क्योंकि यह purely honourable court (Civil) का मान- हानि का मामला है | यह air force का मामला नहीं है | honourable court (Civil) decide करेगा कि किसकी कितनी मान सम्मान की हानि हुई है (B)। r. T. I (Right to information) के तहत घटना वाले दिन तथा स्थान (पिछले august 2018) भागना पड़ा | इससे principal sir तथा contractual teacher kaushalya ahlavat के बीच पैसे के अलावा और कौन -कौन सम्बंध थे inquire किया जाए, जो coi का मामला बनता है | (E) inquiry वाले मामले मे मै और मेरे दोनो बच्चे घटना के main eye wittness है |। अतः जहाँ भी inquiry हो मै और मेरे दोनो बच्चे wittness के रूप में, sgt h. R. Singh के तरफ़ से मौजूद रहे क्योंकि पता नहीं कब और कहाँ उनको (मेरे husband) मार के गाड़ दिया जाएगा |

(V) मै spinal cord tumor की patient हुँ | विभिन्न neuro surgeon के opinion के अनुसार मेरी बीमारी life long है, और surgery के बाद मेरी ज़िंदगी cancer/wheel chair पर होना लगभग तय है |
In view of the above it show that it is a mala fide intension of principal and teachers to harass my husband and sons. It is a planned conspiracy of k. V sulur principal and staff to torture my husband and spoiling the career of my sons. Myself and my family is scarred off after said incident. I am in distress and unable to look after my family. My husband is also in tensed condition. My family life is almost spoiled after this incident. It is one type of life threat. It is humbly requested that please save out family life and career of my husband. यह सब matter मै 5brd af, president afwwa (L) को भी बताई हूँ -18/02/19

My kid got best excellence award in lkg bt the certificate regarding is kept by school teacher in my kids bag without informing parents then we went for complaining regard bt they said its impossible to get another one. Mystake is completely from teacher side. What can we do now. We want the certificate

It a matter of deep grievance that serving nation for last 10 years today a sqd ldr sagar f (P) of indian air force used abusing language against me without any reason. It's become a common things for officer to use abusing language against airman. No one support airman if he complaint any where in air force authority.
It's effecting our work efficiency, family life, personal life, and social life. Life feels too much stress full because after doing our work with full heart and soul putting every bit of energy what we getting at last this disrespect. Abushing language for our family members. Its matter of deep concern for india government to abolish this colonial rules. And set some new rules and regulations so every one can have a respectful life and living.

I, 682946-h ex warrant officer ram pravesh sharma retired from iaf wef 31 mar 2018. I applied for smart cart for ex serviceman vide application no.0579061 dated 15 mar 2018 from (Urc)
And unit 18wing af. My old card no. Is ga/la[protected]uo1, became ineffective on 28 oct 2018 where as i did not received my new ex serviceman smart card.
My present smart card may be made effective till i receice the new smart card.
Or i may intimated the present status of my new smart cards.

I divyanshi w/o cpl as chauhan want to share something in your kind notice that my husband is posted to khasa amritsar and for the last few days he is getting more stressed due to mentally harassed by mr. Kmm basha. Mr. Kmm basha is very autocratic in nature and behave in a dictatorship way. He want to command everyone by keeping the rules, work ethics and culture of indian air force aside.

Further i would like to make certain things in your kind notice that earlier due to stress given by mr. Kmm basha my husband went out without informing me for oneday and for that my husband got punished. Still he is harassing to my husband to my husband and getting support by mr. Gmk nambiar. His career is also getting affected. Mr. Kmm basha warned my husband that if you go against me for complain. I would spoil your career. He is in the habit of misguiding the local superior authority. By misguiding the authority he is harassing my husband.

Recently mr. Kmm basha ordered my husband to start cleaning, in a short spam of time he pointed my husband out three times by saying that ' chauhan tum kam nahi kar rahe ho' my husband replied ' sir mai kam kar raha hu chaho to app puch lo'. My husband asked that 'sir app mujhe hi bol rahe ho'. App mujhe hi target kar rahe ho'. After this incident he asked for statement. At this he charged him by false allegations "mai kam nahi karunga" and my husband's witnesses gave him right statement about incident. By supporting of local authority mr. Gmk nambiar, witness air warriors are getting suppressed.
In past time also mr. Kmm basha had given stressed. My husband had some evidence also. He wanted to overruled in my husband's personal application for which mr. Kmm basha was not assigned and got full support by mr. Gmk nambiar.

Further it is stated that due to false and baseless allegation made by mr. Kmm basha my husband is being stressed and nervoused. Due to autocratic and dectatorship behave made by mr. Kmm basha my family as well as social life is getting effective directly.

It needs no reiteration that use of such autocratic and dectatorship behave in the workplace can undermine the relationship of trust and confidence between superiors and subordinates. Such type o[censored]nkind words made by mr. Kmm basha, "i will spoil your career" can cause a great deal of emotional damage with consequent effect on individual self esteem adversely affecting his functional effectiveness and relationship with family members and colleagues.

Over and above, it is contrary to the glorious tradition and ethos of iaf and therefore cannot encouraged in such any manner.

In view of the above it is requested that i have strong belief in a well cultured and reputed organisation that free and fair justice will be given without any internal as well as outer influence.

I am a resident of bolarum area near cantonment hospital, bolarum, secunderabad -500010.

We are facing an issue with the fighter jets training at hakimpet airforce station causing loud noise during night even at 12 am in the night. This noise is not allowing proper sleep to children, elderly people and working employees who have to getup early everyday. We totally understand the need for training for our air force and we are proud of the service they are doing to our country.

We are only requesting that the training be completed by 10 pm in the night and does not continue until 12 am in the night. This way there will be no inconvenience for the children and working employees living in the area. We hope the authorities take the necessary steps as this has been a long standing issue.

I am working for oracle as a software engineer and i am registering this complaint for all people living in bolarum and alwal region which seems to be the radius for this training.

Sir, i 669398'r' ex sgt vkkatiyar af/fit dismissed from service by district court martial, dcm was concluded on 14.11.98, i recieved my payment upto 30 oct 98 my left over payments wef 01.11.98 to 13.11.98 is still pending so i request that please pay my left over payments with intrest upto now oct 2018. My old pay book no is 236184, last payment drawn rs 2590 on 31.7.96 & new pay book no is 416116 amount withdrawn rs 2000, on 31.10.98.

Their is a guy satyam chaturvedi (Cpl in intelligence). He promised me to get married and he sexed with me many times but he and his parents are blackmailing my family for dowry. They are tourchering me and my family for dowry. I have been pregnant once in july due to him i had miscarriage.

Subsequent to my complaint dated 8th june2018 and legal notice dated 9th june 2018 to airforce aste, yemalur, group captain vijay anand, chief administrative officer and wing commander sinha visited my property around 15th july 2018 to inspect my property with reference to my said complaints against sqdr ldr vineet goswamy and his wife dolly goswamy.

Sqdr ldr vineet goswamy has failed to settle our property damage claims as per rental agreement dt 2nd may 2018 terms, and has failed to reply to our legal notice dated 9th june 2018. The rental security deposit cheques no. 985318 for rs 25000/- and cheque no. 985319 for rs 25000/- each has been returned and bounced by his banker. Copy of cheques returned attached.

Sqdr ldr vineet goswamy and his wife yesterday came to my residence and threatened us to file a false complaint at the police station and threatened us to return the above bounced cheques immediately.

Sqdr ldr vineet goswamy and his wife continues to threaten me and my family of dire consequence. They are threatening that they are not interested in any settlement and we should not insist on them to repair the damage caused to our property by them especially the damage caused to the costly designer tiles as detailed in our legal notice to him. They are forcing us to return the rental security deposit
Rs one lakh, unconditionally pending settlement. The property damage caused by sqdr ldr vineet and his wife is estimated around rs 2 lakhs.

I request you to call sqdr ldr vineet goswamy and his wife dolly goswamy and take appropriate legal action against them urgently as we fear irreparable loss and injury to me and my family, also as we are also proceeding against them legally for recovery of the above damage to our property and mental agony inflicted on me and my family as per the legal notice dated 9th june 2018 served and rental security deposit cheque bouncing as stated above.

Sqdr leader vineet goswamy as a soldier is duty bound to protect our high value properties and not damage and destroy them especially when it is given vide rental agreement dated 2nd may 2018 to him on trust. Sqdr leader goswamy is acting high handed and is threatening us that he and his family are immuned and protected from the law of land against any legal action as he is a defence service person..

This property is our hard earned investment and a source of livelihood to me and my family. Request protection to me and my family and my property as stated above

It is started by me when i was doing trainig at 405 air force station belgaum, karnatka and my trainee service no was 8923611-g ac/ut rb jagtap now i am posted at 10 air force hospital, hasimara. Sir till now i didnt have receieved any policy papers nor any correspondece regarding my p. L. I policy although a monthly deduction of rs 1975 per month which is shown in pay slip for the p. L. I am from jodhpur and a dealer named radhika motors charged 3500 from me for teaching driving for 15 days (30min per day). He stopped receiving calls after 9 days and whenever he picks up he started abusing and in those 9 days he taught only how to accelerate and shift 1st and 2nd gear in an open place (Not a crowded one).
