Dear team,

Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

Jaikishan sepoy submitted ad in olx for swift dzire car for 1.5 lakh and he said he is in a personal problem and is selling the car to overcome it and he is in ahmadnagar army. He told he will be sending the car via army transport. He told me to transfer ₹7150 as security deposit. After negotiations he agreed to split the amount asking me to send ₹4000. He insisted on me paying the rest of the amount by morning to get the delivery. He also sent me the army bill which looked fake on deep inspection.

I got a contact from a person called manjeet singh army constable from car dehko.com website for selling wagnor 2017 model car. He asked me to deposit 6100 so that it will be sent in army truck. Once he started his journey he keep on asking to send money as i paid 2, 16, 749.
When i asked him he was keep on saying i am near to your destination. Finally said i did payment late so i am returning back and will get back you money. Later there phone numbers are switched off. I got into trap sir. Please help sir. I have all evidences of paying money in online.

Dear sir/madam, in total i have made a payment of rs. 15, 310 (I. E. Rs.1020 to phonepe contact [protected] and rs.14, 290 to phonepe contact [protected]) for a bicycle of rs. 3000 (My finalized deal) because i initiated the transaction and i did not wanted to loose the initial payment i made, and that guy made me trust like anything saying about indian army and with all those id proofs which i am attaching it with this complaint.

Below is the entire story about this fraud,

I saw an bicycle ad on facebook and when tried to ask for an offer it was routed to whatsapp number [protected], there that guy said he will sell that cycle for 3000 and as he is from mumbai and works at mumbai military canteen, he said he will courier it through army parcel service and asked me to pay rs.1020 as an online transfer to phonepe account linked to mobile number [protected] on 23-oct-2019. Next day i got a call from another guy called rajender via number [protected] saying he is from army delivery and to deliver the cycle i have to make the payment and vikas asked me to make the payment to phonepe account linked with number [protected]. Below are the amounts that i was asked to pay in parts with different stories,
1. Initially 3000 for the bicycle which i purchased and vikas told me that i have to make the payment and then parcel guy will return 1000 back to me in cash.
2. After i made the payment of 3000, parcel guy said he will deliver it in 30 mins and then he called me back saying the parcel is delayed because we took the delivery after 5 and i have to make a late payment fee of rs.2550 which by mistake i made a payment of rs.2500 and so when i said i will make the balance 50 again they said i cannot do like that as army account will not accept it and i will have to make it in single transaction only. I hesitated to make the payment but then guy faking himself as vikas patel told you don't need to worry i am from indian army i am sending all my id proofs to you through whatsapp so you can go ahead and make the payment.
3. Later when i made the payment of 2500 and 2550, the parcel guy called up and said i just saw an email where it is mentioned customer need to pay gst fee of rs.3120 from which only rs.20 will be collected as gst fee and the rest will be returned in cash to me when delivering the cycle. I made the transfer of 3120 at once and then the parcel guy said which is not valid and i have to make the payment in two parts i. E. 3000 and 120 which also i made trusting army guy.
4. Later he said he is starting to deliver my cycle and after 15mins he calls and says i have to make an additional payment of rs.4000 and only then he will deliver, then i got frustrated and i did not make any further payment. When i started showing my anger over the money transfers i made, vikas and the parcel guy have switched off their mobiles from 24-oct-2019 till date.

I would need your help to get my issue resolved and i would also request you to punish these guys in a manner such that they will not cheat anybody else. Hoping to have best support from you sir/madam.

Please let me know if i need to take any action from my end.

I found an ad on olx about royal enfield 2019 old bike sale (Actually only 5 month old bike with proper rc book photo). He said that i'm going back to kashmiri due to transfer. So that i'm selling this bike for the lowest price. First, ask me to send the address, id proof, etc. Also said an army courier service will be shown the product if i interested, i can pay the amount and get the bike else i can return. Caller name (As per the conversation) parmil kumar +[protected].

I doubted this fellow and google it. I found more complaints online related to this fake call. Based on those complaints i came to know they will collect the money without showing the product. Be alert!!!

Sir i am a victim of fraud case.. Actually i purchased a bike apache rtr 160cc on olx by vikash patel sahil kumar prabhat kumar giri shiv kumar yadav.
Bike amount was 22500 and they many time told me you have to pay 2150+5350+7500+7500+ 8000+9000+10000 = total i paid 49, 500 ₹
Sir i have lots of evidence against him, i have photographed bank transition details and call regarding also. Sir i am a student and 49500₹ is the high of me so i request you sir return my money and punish him

Usne kha ki aap 1080 ki payment abhi kar do or jb parcel aapke pass pahuch jayega to postman ko 7800 ki payment kar dena. Humne socha ki indian army ki post service achii hogi.
Agle din postman ka call aata hai or vo kehta hai ki vo overnite express se bol rha hai. Postman ka naam praveen kumar hai. Usne kha ki rule change ho gaye hai ab apko full payment karni hogi sir h acount main woh waha se mail bhejega or hum delivery kar denge 10 min me.
Hamne vo bhi kar diya. Parcel na aane par humne postman ko call ki usni call nahi uthaya. Fir thodi deir baad vo kehta hai ki apka parcel hold me chala gya hai or apko insurance karna hoga iska rs 7000 ka fir humne postman ko call kari usne kha apka insurance ho gya hai or parcel apko 24 hour me deliver ho jayega. Par abhi tak parcel deliver nahi hua hai. Sari information me niche de rha hu.

Dear sir i got a deal from facebook market place and i purchased by cycle for my son. Soldier name vikas patel said me to pay online i did payment 3500 first then when the time of delivery another solder name somnath giri call me he said for security i have to pay more 4120 that to i paid now they bath are not responding and not even lifting my calls they hacked my paytm account also. Same thing happened to me today he said i am from indian army and was interested in buying my bike which I advertise on OLX he said he is from Indian army so I trusted him as he told that first your account will be debited and in few minutes it will be credited so So through Phonepe app i paid Rs 4500 and till now still my account has not been credited. Screenshot for that is attached. The person told he is from Indian army and his what's app image is in Indian army uniform one more person was there which he was saying that he was his manager his number is

Olx fraud in the name of indian army are increases. Yesterday i visit olx site and search a bike from olx i call to bike owner, he ask me he was a service man in indian army. I trust him and he also asks transfer 2000 to my account for the transport charges. I tfr the amount but in the evening i realized he was fake person. His mobile no. Is [protected]

They posted ad regarding toyota innova crysta car in olx, i saw it naturally called in the given number. They replied they belongs to indian army and not to worry, demanded rs 5000 as parcel charges from their army base camp, indore, to my home. As i can not enter into their army area. His name was vikash patel, the car was in the name of yogesh jain. Both gave me their i'd proof. I sent money in their paytm payment bank which was in the name of gangadhar parida. They gave me the counter part of parcel. After one day they again demanded money as gps charges, at that time i already came to know about the fraud from internet. Sharing all numbers in alphabetical form.

After having chat he says he is from indian army and provide the bilke details pics, rc of bike, his adhar card and canteen card details.
After that he insisted me to pay 3000 for army parcel and postman will deliver it to my current location.

After making me lot of convince in name of indian army and soldiers.
I payed him 3000 as the requested account is also saying army transport.

After that he said it will deliver by evening. After that a guy called in name of army delivery post man and asked me to pay the remaining money before to get delivered.
After that both start convensing me to do payment. Finally when asked you are a fraud, they agreed and said that you feel less pain as you get free in less amount.

Actually i was cheated yesterday by an army person (Mr. Parimal singh) he not only cheated me but he cheated many peoples which i saw when i tried to lodge complaint against him online.

The phone numbers they used to cheat e and others are as follows [protected]

My only request you is to take immediate action on them as they are spoiling armies image and losing trust of civilians, also stop them in cheating others.
And a humble request to get my money back.

I have kept sale of my bike on olx and person from army viewed and interested to buy the vehicle. Upon discussion, as an advance he agreed to pay token amount for confirmation of the bike. As a process, we asked to pay through phonepe. As per army account procedures, account confirmation needs to done. As guided by him i have added rs. 5, 5000, 10000, 25000 & 40000/- totalling to 80000/- is transferred to the said army account and in return he did send the token amount and also my added amount. I have sent all phonepe history to him. It is already 4 days past and he cheated me with wrong information. Please look into it and arrange the refund of deposited amount to his account along with compensation. He also forwarded request to other person and he also taken 3800/- through paytm (Amit). Mera baik suzuki gs 150cc jo mein besne wala tha to mein olx pe add diya or as a customer ki or se sanjay mera baik ke bare mein phone kiya. Or wo bataya ki apka baik jo he wo mereko pasand aa geya or ap price bolo. Mein olx pe baik ka range lagaya tha 40000 thousend. Sanjay singh 38000 thousend mein fix huwa.
Date 21/10/2019 wo bola mujhe phone karke ki baik mera bhaiyaji lene jeyega apke pass or mein payment apko phone pay sein karunga. Notice: agor aplogo ke pass bhe aisa mesage ya phone jata hein fraud ka aplog turnat police station jake complaint kijiyega or kabhi bhi kisi anjan admi ko online transfer ya back account ka number mat dijiye ga. Mera aplogo sein ye request hein. Mere sein wo 10000leke geya or mein jindegi bhar usa pata lagake hi rahunga. Ab realized hua or ak accident jeise mind mein samja liya.

Next day 15/10/19 he call me named parveen who is fauji and send me bolero car pics and his army cards and adhar cards i satisfied he convenes me don't worry i m army men i don't lie. He call me transfer online money his paytm account rahul partap singh no[protected] ifsc code pytm0123456, i transferred 5600 rupees from my friend account sagreev singh. After that he send me belti army delivered by overnite service. He call me on16/10/19 tell me car came at your address at11am. Then another delivery boy call me his no [protected] and ask me another amount 18300 rupees transferred. I transfers it by sagreev account on behalf of army men. After an hour he call me again transfer18000+300. I transfer it. After one hour he call me car security charges 27000+500. I transfer it by my friend gurjit singh account. After one hour he call me again transfer 15200 rupee but i told him m not send you more money. Then parveen realised me m army men. But i don't agree with his talk i ask him return my money he will told me after one month i return your money. Now both guys phone are going on. So please trace these guys and return my money. Yesterday i lost my 430000. There was an add in quikr about bullet bike is available for 35000, later he told me pay only rs.33000. I have booked the bike by paying rs.3120. After that he asked me to pay gst of rs.8880 which i have done. Again that delivery person told me to pay balance amount of rs.21000, otherwise bike won't deliver to you. I have paid remaining amount. Then he said he did not received the 21000. He asked me to pay 5000 twice separately. And now he is not picking my call. I need my amount rs.43000 back. Its my harden money.. Please help me.

I saw add on bmw sport cycle on facebook. I spock with person name was jai kumar (Facebook account name ramkishor meena). ([protected]). He said i am belonging to army. Solapur containment.
I deal with 5500 rs. Out of that i send 2500 through paytm (Paytm no. [protected]) as advance. Then he sent me indian army transport courier slip. And he told me as a indian army courier you have to pay remaining 3130 rs now then only they will ship it.
Next day i received call from courier boy praveen kumar ([protected]). He told me i am in pimprichinchwad and you have to pay 3107 rs as courier security amount and it is refundable. You will get it at the time of delivery. So i discussed with jai kishan and he said its army rule and you have to pay you will get it within 30 min. So i paid tolat 11237 rs for this deal. But again courier boy demand for more money and decline so he told me i am cancelling your courier amd sending back.
When i called for jai kishor for money so he start ignore call. And blocked my no.
Only due to indian army person i believed him.

I am requesting indian army please take action on this fake indian army making fool to all people. Taking indian army name n making fool...
