[Resolved]  Indian Army Online Parcel — I am complaint about fraud indian online parcel service

I am a student i was search for a phone below 10000 on olx
I saw a an add on olx of real me pro2 at 8550. I was interested in buying i have done deal at 5000rs.
He told that he is working in indian army.
He gave me hus adhar proof and indian army id proof and said level will delivered in few hours.
Initially he demanded rs 500 as courier charges.
Then half 3000 i send that money to his paytm no[protected] then he demanded again full payment then i pay 1500rs.
Then he again demanded as fine 3180
Then i pay again.
But never he delivered product neither he gave me money back.
I requested you to solve my problem as fast as possible.
As i am competitive student belongs average family and it nit possible. His proof below
