On 7th may 2020 i saw a advertisement regarding sale of tvs ntorq 125 scooter on olx by a person posing as a army man namely kishan singh i contacted him on his mobile no [protected] and show my interest to by the above scooter he has shares all the details of scooter rc and his adhar and canteen card as an ex serviceman i believe on home after recheck rc details on-line and transfer initial amount to his paytm mo-[protected] after receiving the money he send me the bilti copy that i am sending the vehicle through indian army transport parcel department when you receive the vehicle you can transfer the balance amount and take the delivery. I got a call from postman from indian army transport parcel department namely vilas patel ([protected]) that i am on the way it will take 1 hrs to reach you can transfer the balance amount so that i will get the confirmation from my office for delivery and when you sign the delivery challan the owner will get the amount and we will charge our service charges from the seller. Till night i didn't get the delivery and after searching web i found myself cheated by above persons, i don't know what to do now i lost my hard earned money in this lockdown can i get any help?
