I have seen an ad of the vehicle on olx and contacted the person named ravi kumar. He finalized the deal in 26000. He said the vehicle is in nagpur and should has to be parceled to hyderabad for which i have to pay 5000 advance through gpay. I paid the amount. After in the night i got a call that my vehicle has reached near my address but i have to pay the remaining amount after which he will give me the vehicle. I paid 21000 through gpay. After that the delivery person told me to pay 11200 + 50 as security deposit then only my vehicle will be handed over to me. This money will be refunded as soon as i get the vehicle. So i paid 11250. Then again he called me and said i have to do again separate payments 11200, 50. So again i paid. Then he said due to double payment there is an issue. So you have to pay 16500 for that. This is the last payment. Then again i paid after this also he is asking me to pay 12108 as insurance policy. Then i realised that i have been duped but what to do now. He said paid by,
Security amount for 11, 250
Insurance amount for 31, 999
and final amount for 1, 53, 000 transferred for army officer account.
He said transferred on before 5'0clock.but I transferred that amount few minutes later.he said your delivered was cancelled.again he said, 1, 53, 000 you pay and than delivered your car.again i paid that amount.again he said, 61, 000paid for GST and fileing process.i[censored] paid that amount immediately delivered car.again I was. Paid. but not delivered.totay morning he said again he said 65, 000 paid for panallty amount.i will arrange and send to army account .but today not delivered car.again he asked 1, 00, 000 . Already he said, all the extra amount was refund in car deliverey time .I believed that person .but now he said you pay 1, 00, 000 after I will deliver the car.he said, if don't like car.immediately return amount.
But now, he said 6 month period only .I return money.
I am the middle class family man .but now how to pay 1, 00, 000.already i was getting Amount interest for my neighbour's.today I will settled all payments.pls.help me sir.
