Indian Bank — amazon money not refunded

As i have ordered a product from amazon and have returned it so there was refund amount on 08.03.2019at 09:30 pm and the reference no is:[protected]. But amount has not been credited in my account till late and continuously i am contacting customer care. The product is poco f1 back cover. I am calling the customer care of indian bank they telling that different solution for this refund. And i am telling to the amazon customer care they tell that i want to fill charge dispute form. Kindly return my money
