Indian Bank — amazon money not refunded

I have Cancelled my order on 17/04/19 and the amazon side they send me the transaction Id for amount of 338 and 1209 and I have not yet refunded my amount still the amazon side they have send me the transaction number so please make the possible .And they have mentioned that the amount will get refund in 24/4/19 but still now it have not come .If I call the bank customer care they are asking me to get to amazon for information but in their side they are correct and they have send me the mail for my transaction amount but from bank side it is not solved till now it is more than a week and I have not refunded .Indian bank should take a step and make it solve
