Indian Bank — Amazon refund initiated but bank not credit yet

Sir, i ordered ₹7299 led tv in amazon on[protected], I am payment on them my rupey debit card [protected], some tecnical issue I return my led tv on[protected] And Amazon picked my product on[protected].. They initiated the refund on[protected] in my debit card But still now i'm not getting my refund. The seller gave the reference number..[protected] this is the reference no and trancation Id is 1aNYWk1RE0J5wJyRz7jS They told me to contact the bank's customer care and confirm the refund by saying the reference number to them.. But the bank still now not responding.. I need my refund. Otherwise i will go to consumer court..
