Indian Bank — Amount can't be Credited, I transfer IndoAsis App transaction failed amount debited

I, Syed Gafferl account holder of your Indian Bank with account number [[protected]], a month ago on 08/09/2021 my IMPS transaction was failed and 7000/- rupees was deducted from my account not credited to beneficiary account and not refunded to my account also. And i'm waiting from one month. I also complaint in Indian Bank home branch Kochadai but there is no reply of my complaint.
Please verify and refund my money.
