[Resolved]  Indian Bank — Amount debited from the bank, but the order was not placed and the amount has not been credited back

On 29th June 2024, I attempted to purchase a laptop for Rs 54, 990 from the e-commerce website Flipkart using NetBanking. However, after entering the OTP for payment confirmation on the Indian Bank NetBanking site, the page failed to load and displayed an error message: "Site can't be reached." Despite this, my transaction history shows that Rs 54, 990 has been debited from my bank account. When I checked with Flipkart, they indicated that the order was not placed and the payment was not confirmed by the bank.

After waiting for a while, I contacted Flipkart's customer care service, and they informed me that my transaction failed. They also confirmed that the payment was neither received by the seller nor credited back to my bank account. It has now been more than four days since this issue occurred.

Please resolve this problem and credit the amount of Rs 54, 990 back to my bank account as soon as possible.
