Settled the hotel bill, at Hotel Madras Ashoka, Egmore, Chennai, for Rs 7851.00 on May 31st, 2018 using my debit card ([protected]). While swiping the card, the payment was declined and hence tried one more time. When I checked the balance, I noted that the amount was debited twice. When checked with the Hotel, they said only one time that amount was debited. They had shown me the report.
I request you to reverse the amount into my account at the earliest.
I have sent a communication by e-mail to my branch (Bibikulam, Madurai). But so far no response from them.
