Indian Bank — amount not credited back for a failed transaction

I swiped my debit card at a retail store on 16th september 2018. The first transaction got cancelled and i am yet to receive the credit back for the cancelled transaction. I had registered a complaint with customer care wide ref number. Inet[protected].
It has been 2 months and the customer care personnel is saying contact branch we cannot help. Kindly process the refund for the cancelled transaction. Amount is 601.

I do not hold any account with this bank but I still keep receiving messages about withdrawal from someone else account. My number has been registered with someone else's account unnecessarily. I have complained regarding this earlier but no response. I would like to remove my number from the account to which it is registered.
