Indian Bank — amount not credited from refund

I cancelled my order in amazon which i payed through debit card, for which they initiated refund. They gave me a payment ref no. They said they got only this from indian bank. So, help me get refund back to my account with the reference no.[protected]. As part of amazon they are saying they refunded the amount, indian bank needs to track the status of the payment.

I ordered a product from amazon on 8.03.2019 And I canceled on 11th But till now my money did not come in my account. my order no[protected] and my refund reference no is[protected]

In previous year this health insurance automatically renew from my savings bank account(acc.No.-[protected]) as on dt-31.01.2018(ref no-[protected]) but tell date this health insurance not renew and this renewal amount not debited my bank account.
kindly help me.
