Indian Bank — amount not received in atm machine | |||
When i swiped my debit card in atm machine (Tata indicom, tmp nagar, padi date:[protected] time:12.07 pm) it showed invalid card number and i swiped it again (Time:12.10pm) it showed invalid card number twice (Tyys0092). I didn't received cash from it but in my passbook it showed that i withdrawn rs. 20, 000. I placed a complaint twice regarding this issue in indian bank anna nagar rountana branch, (Sequence no:[protected]Claim no: a[protected]Complaint date:[protected],[protected] but they didn't take any action regarding this place take further actions..
