Indian Bank — atm card failure transaction

I have used my atm card for purchasing. But the amount for debited twice from my bank account. It was purchased on 31/01/19. Please credit the money as soon as possible.
I have attached a screenshot image in which money was deducted twice from my account.

I didn't have any atm id or transaction number, so please make necessary action and refund the money.

Amazon transfer the amount to my account but not showing the amount Rs 1099 my reference no is[protected]
