Indian Bank — atm machine is not working properly, bank staff is rude while addressing customers

Sir today i visit bank atm it was not working properly, and when i address this problem to bank staff they talk rudely to me and taking my complaint seriously, plz take appropriate disciplinary action against them, and i also asked about my atm card replacement policy which is not working properly from i took it from bank his chip is not working only magnetic strip is working.
