Indian Bank — bad service by indian bank

I had ordered 3 products from amazon but had to return one of my products. The refund according to amazon was processed on 24-09-19 but i still have not received my refund. They have also provided a Refund Reference # 0TIPENQ20000K0QLBNM2, which they told was generated by the INDIAN BANK when they received the refund. When i visited the bank branch they couldnt help me at all saying they have not received the refund. I am also attaching the screenshot of the email by amazon saying they have processed the refund and it should by reflected in my bank account by now. Please help me to resolve this issue.
