For getting new debit card visited palapatti branch namakkal and given form. The person who got the form checked the form and asked us the passbook. Unfortunately we did not had hard copy of passbook so we show him the passbook soft copy and also we had the original id proofs. But the person from bank replied nothing urgent go and take the original passbook. We requested him passbook is in bangalore and it will take a month to bring here so take the soft copy as a reference and we will show our original id proof with signature but he replied we will not believe any soft copy. Persons coming like this may be fraud. Still we had original id proofs with us. Finally we came to know the person was the manager of that branch and we were very disappointed with his approach with customer. We left out the bank and the way he replied.
