Indian Bank — charge dispute form irctc refund complaint with added details

Sir,
My one train ticket was cancelled by irctc on 2 may 2020 and according to irctc, the amount has been refunded in my indian bank account. But till now i haven't still received the amount in my account. Irctc has refunded the amount from their side but it is not showing in my account. The total refunded amount is ₹920.

The refund ID as provided by irctc is - [protected]
The Refund Reference Number is[protected]

My bank details are as follows-

Account holder's name - sarvagya prateek
Account number - [protected]
Ifsc code - idib000b125

Kindly resolve my issue as early as possible. I shall be highly obliged.
