Hello sir im janakiraman i complaining regarding to the refund issue . June 16th i purchase in Mobile in Amazon that means & i order it . But amazon not delivery at mobile because some address issue so mobile return.. but i already pay the amount in debit card method Rs : 12, 999 (after i have message from Amazon there re message with me your payment already processing in june 28 sunday afternoon. Your payment automatically refund in original payment method . ) This is amazon team official message & mail also i give bellow pictures also please check it.
But still right now Money is not credited in my amount .. i ask the indian Bank branch. They're not going a responsible answer., Please clear the issue quickly when get in my amount.
