Indian Bank — charges for atm service providing

I 've account with your bank hosur branch (Ifsc=idib000h050) bijapur district karnataka. Beggining of my account opening, i was not collected my atm but now i required atm service, but bank officials charges of rs.250. I think atm service is free of cost. I need information for service charges against atm service which you have provide services to customers.
