Indian Bank — cheating and rude with customer | |||
Hi, visited palacode branch (Dharmapuri dt.) for opening an account on 06-nov-2017. But in the account section the reponse and the way cutomer is treated is very shocking. 1. When a lady submitted rs2, 000 to cashier to deposit in the account but cashier said he didnot receive money. Later other bank employ told her she didnt give any money. Even when insisted to check cctv footage they were not ready. 2. When another person withdrawn cash they gave here rs2000 less, when validate in the bank and checked with cashier to validate and give the correct amount he took more that 15 to 20mins to check and provide the amount post requesting several times. When i checked with one of the other customer in the bank, she said this issue is common this branch. Would request to have proper steps and cutomer support to be provided, as most visting this bank are poor and illetrate who doesnot know how to take these issue further.
