Indian Bank — complain about refund for faawan smart watch

I have purchased a smart watch form amazon on september 2019, by making payment of 589 through indian bank debit card. I've returned the item and amazon initiated refund on 22 sept, but amount is not created to my account. After asking amazon executive, they gave me reference no (0io04naw0000k0fqp3e3) and when i spoke to bank executive they r saying they can not help me with this no. They asked me for utr no. Which amazon executive is not giving or having.
Plz help me out and do the needful for me. Thanks
