Yesterday i tried to withdraw rs 2000/- from atm. Unfortunately i got a receipt that unable to process. After reaching home from atm i got message from your bank that my account is debited with rs 2000/- against withdrawal. But i did not withdraw cash due to failure. Kindly i request you to resolve my problem as early as possible and refund the money to my account.
