Indian Bank — complaint about the irresponsible staff | |||
I have went today to open a new account in indian bank mkb nagar branch, kodungaiyur. I gave filled in application form at 11.30 am. But till 3'o clock there is no reply. So i asked that person he simply said go and come tomorrow morning. I asked him you have to tell this before right, i'm waiting here for a while. He just kept my application aside at 4 pm and said come tomorrow. This is how these people treating the customers? I didn't had my lunch and i'm a diabetic and bp patient. I was very upset and came home. I want to register complaint against that bank staff. Was this information helpful? | |||
