Indian Bank — complaint branch on branch manager | |||||
I have tried to housing loan mortgage basics for taken over from another finanacial sector (Edelweiss finserve ). so i went our indian bank to my pallipalayam branch and met the branch Manager they also told its possible then they asking follwing doucments. Last two year IT and address proofs and last six pay slip with form 16 and that private sector finanacial service loan statement . I had also submit above documents then manager told i will call to you.i had waiting after 20 days but not call to me then i had meet three times, while manager giving difference answer staff are leave so i will call you back then again once meet timing inspection going so call you back then again once i will check the documents after i will call to you. Finally after two months he giving the answer is taken over loan amount is nine 9 lacks but we can process above 20 lacks . So we cant give housing loan. And personnal loan anybody. Its correct or not . Pls concern my complaint ans privide right person to my loan process.
