Indian Bank — Complaint letter of IMPS transaction Amount debited but not credited in my another account

Address: Indian Bank, No:22,23 sarojini Street, Ramnagar Branch, Coimbatore - 641009

I am Chandra Barathi, i have transferred the amount through net banking (IMPS) from my Indian bank account to my other HDFC bank account and the amount of Rs 30, 000/-.

During this transaction I have debited SMS received (Rs 30, 000) from indian bank, I also checked in my account balance and confirmed Rs 30, 000 was debited in my Indian bank Account, but not credited in my HDFC account. This related issue i have called to concern indian bank. They simply told that, wait for 1 week it will be resolved. This is the correct way?. Why i wait for 1 week? for this 1 week indian bank can give the interest for me?
