Indian Bank — complaint on gold loan renewal process | |||
My wife has taken gold loan from mancherial branch. We have to renewal that loan on i. E 7/11/2018. When i (Husband) went to bank and try to renewal that loan account they said loan account holder should be mandatory to renewal this account again. As i explained she is in hyderabad almost 9 month pregnant lady she wont come as she need bed rest she cant travel as per doctor suggestion. They are not listening my words and simply saying account holder must to renewal the process otherwise close that account. This is not fair at all. How this banks are working i am ready to pay pending amount and renewal that gold loan and even i have marriage certificate also. Why still banks behaving like this. Please tell me the exact location/ person where i have to give complaint on manager. Was this information helpful? | |||

Respected Sir/Madam i make the POS payment on the date[protected], First Time the Receipt Appears Failed Transaction but the next Time Transacation Successfull Receipt but i transact the Account Statement it Debited Two Times, I will Wait for Seven Working Days Still No Refund on my Account, How Will i get my money Please Help me . . ! !
In valarpuram indian bank ATM I tried to take money by my debit card but amount does not dispensed by ATM also money debited from my account
I have to using my indpay app. Rs.4500 transfer to other bank account. Amount debited my account but not transferred the money...
