Indian Bank — Credit of refund not received

This is to inform that I had returned a product to flipkart of which the refund is already been initiated by them...As per flipkart amount is already credited in my account by 4th February but when I checked continuously i haven’t received my refund Rs 509...
So I contacted flipkart customer Care on 4th feb and again today finally I took the refund reference number from them...As per their customer care it showing credited which is not been received in my payment account...Always there is a delay from the bank in crediting the refund

Kindly look into it and credit the refund in my bank account...
