Indian Bank — customer service related to attitude

I am B Kannan Retd. SM of our Bank. Y"day I went to Srirangam Branch (S037) ATM for withdrawal of money using ATM Card of our Bank. It was around 5.40PM and I waited for more than 25 minutes to withdraw as cash was loaded in the machine. After cash loading the personnel of the branchcame back and I went in for withdrawal. I keyed in my requirements for withdrawal and the machine was not able to dispense. First my account was debited and then my account was recredited with remark transaction cancelled. Immediately I went inside the branch and reported that the machine is not able to dispense the cash due to casette problem or the notes properly frilled and loaded. I was requesting to look into the problem and set right as others will not suffer. I didn't want to set right immediately and I told them that I am going to SBI for withdrtawal. The AM Ms.Karpagam who loaded the cash replied in a harsh tone that she is busy in entering the cash loaded in the machine in website and should be passed and other works are there. This she will rectify before going home but she is not willing to hear what I say. If this is the fate for a retired staff of our own bank what will be the fate of other customers. Her approach is always short coming and I have undergone in previous occassions. The branch personnel who are all looking into ATM related issues they wer always evasive and their stock reply is CONNECTIVITY PROBLEM. THIS SHOULD BE RECTIFIED BY GIVING PROPER COUNSELLING TO THEM. While in Service in our Bank I have handled patiently and solved many issues of ATM withdrawals etc. They were not able to listen to what I say in regard to ATM problem and simply blushing aside and not willing to take it as a tip to correct or solve the problem.
