Indian Bank — Debit card charge reversal and issue of Free debit card

I was issued chip debit card in 2019 without my consent which was a replacement card for my earlier free of cost debit card please ask indian bank alambagh branch to reverse deducted charges for ATM from 2019 till date and issue me free of cost debit card and close current account opened in my name without my permission in 23-24 by alambagh lucknow branch urgently and I have received sms stating 236 will be deducted for issuing me debit card in August 25 which I have not asked for i have asked for free AMC debit card
