Indian Bank — debit card request | |||
I'm sugantha kumar i have an account in indian bank from 2012. actually I'm working on a MNC company my company have job sites in mutiple countrys and my company will sent me different countrys for a job. So i have some problems to exchange my money to the other countries currency so i decided to change my savings account Domestic debit card to international debit card. I honestly requested to my branch they said u have a savings account so no possible to change ur card just move on like that. (But i already enquired about this request in customer care they said no problem u have to contact ur branch) "i said what sir i already enquired in customer care they said contact you." But the office person didn't response me (I'm don't like to say his name). And his voice is like a slum area person and the all of bank employees are very neglecting and busy with their own words they always treats people like workers with his arrogant abusive behaviour What can i do now i have no idea to for next step that's why i complaint in this host.
