Dear sir, I am a customer named as Piyush priye s/o Alok Kumar Mishra my account number is [protected] having my account in your INDIAN BANK, KATIHAR Address: ADITYA COMPLEX OPP-ADARSH HOTEL MIRCHAI BADI- KATIHAR 854105 State: BIHAR District: KATIHAR (Click here for all the branches of "INDIAN BANK" in "KATIHAR" Branch: KATIHAR IFSC Code: IDIB000K220 I had my debit card (rupay)[protected] which got inactive then we received new card from your side which number is [protected] but when I am trying to generate my pin it's can't be generate and I am living in delhi or my registered number [protected] got changed in between lockdown I visited your branch at that time I was at my home but they didn't take any response from their side. Now I am in delhi or need money in my account but I am unable to use my card then I visited to nearest branch they told me to mail or call in your branch so I am mailing you to activate my card which I can't use since last one year or bank never take any response or their calling number is also not working my recent number is [protected] which is working. So please help me to use my Card. I am unable to visit my home branch so let's suggest me the way of active my debit card by which I can use or operate my account.
